It's all in the timing :) Almost a month went by before we could seriously look over the proposals. Make Me Construction was right in line price wise with the others, their warranty was a bit better, and they offered a few items including in their quote that the others did not. They did an excellent job on the replacement, and all done in one day - from tear down to finish. Professional all the way. We are keeping them on our list as a vendor for more work in the future.
