While the employee we interacted with was pleasant, she couldn't answer basic questions about the wines' flavor profiles, which felt like a missed expectation. The "beer list" was simply a board that read "IPA, Ale, Lager," and they were already out of the IPA. I usually enjoy Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, but both were mediocre here. If you're searching for a refined or classy winery experience, this isn't it--keep driving. Overall: This winery offers an affordable tasting and one standout wine, but the experience falls short in presentation and knowledge. The lack of ambiance, limited beer options, and inability to answer basic questions about the wines take away from what could have been a more enjoyable visit. Chocolate cake, rich and moist and served warm in a wine glass sprinkled with their Cabernet sugar (made from the skin of the one grapes I believe) this is available for purchase. She also drizzled a Cabernet syrup tho not for sale amazingly delicious. We had one with and one without and by far that addition of syrup was phenomenal. 4. Aside from amazing chocolate cake they have cheese spread you can purchase. 5. You can sit inside and play chess or chill, or go outside and sit by water. 6. Dog friendly however, they can't be inside. But plenty of outdoor beautiful seating with views of the water (I recommend bringing off)

We had crab balls catered by Quality Street for a nautical-themed bridal shower. These were the…read moreabsolute HIT of the shower!! I would go so far as to say they're the best crab balls I've ever had. (Have you ever had a crab cake where it was mostly cake filler and they skimp on the crab?) These were crammed with crab meat. When the crab balls were picked up, they were carefully packaged in a nice catering box with styrofoam and the instructions written on the top of the pan "Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes" was so helpful! She also included tongs for the crab and 2 generous containers of cocktail sauce with spoons. These attention to details meant a lot! I wouldn't have even thought to serve the crab with anything else. We're so incredibly pleased we chose Quality Street! A side note, Jen was very communicative via email and the price quoted was exactly what we were charged the day of pick up. Thank you, Jen and Quality Street!! Do not work with them if you are not used to how the government runs things. She took a two week vacation during the time my husband and I were trying to finalize our wedding date. He tells me it's normal, but no one I know takes off those two weeks between Christmas and New Year every year. Also no one I know goes on vacation and leaves their automatic email the same. "In and out of the office" does not tell me you're not going to answer until after New Years. She only said hello to my husband at the rehearsal, and then two days before the wedding she asks me last minute details. Why didn't she just ask me at the rehearsal? Also, right as I was getting settled after the ceremony and photos she not only asks me more last minute questions, but she then questions my answers to them. Who does that to an already stressed out bride? Just before I walked down the isle I had to explain to her why I didn't have a bouquet. Thanks for looking out for me, but do I look freaked out to not have a bouquet in my hands? Don't put your nose into my wedding when you were of no help before. In spite of how much I dislike how Melissa handled her job the staff was amazing, very attentive and polite. Everything was set up exactly as I wanted, though my husband and the grooms men helped with that because there weren't enough people to get it all done. Over all it really was an amazing day, and the help was incredible, just get rid of Melissa's lack of communication and I'd be able to give it five stars with ease.
