I found this vendor from searching online. I went into the store front she has in Lexington Park, MD and after talking with her was super excited! She had phenomenal prices and other vendors that I had contacted just wanted too much money. She seemed eager to work with me. I picked out so many items to rent, worked up a quote. She didn't have the linen color I wanted (mint) so she was going to order them and I would come back in. She gave me a time frame of two weeks. It took longer than two weeks, she texted me April 7th with a picture and said that she didn't think it was the color I wanted and was going to search to get them from somewhere else.....cool! In the meantime I came in, looked at the linens she did order, not the right color, talked about renting MORE items and also asked on a Friday for a quote for also getting boutineers and corsages from her. She said she was busy with two parties and would send me a quote Monday. The following Thursday came around and I told her not to worry about it since I hadn't gotten a quote and I got "no worries". Not, an apology for never even getting the quote to me. Then on May 4th I asked about the linens that were being "researched" since April 7th and got a reply two days later on May 6th that said she couldn't find them, sorry. I said okay, what about the table runners I also asked about? She said that those should be in next week. Here it is May 24th almost three weeks later and I still haven't heard anything and am doubtful that I will. I don't think she ever even looked into getting the linens or table runners. I wanted to still get a few things from her since her prices were so cheap......now I know why her prices are cheap. You get what you pay for! I would steer clear from using this vendor on such an important day like a wedding. read more
