Received the sleeves and went to install them by first cutting them down to the correct height. That was when I realized that they were too narrow to fit the chandelier. Went back to store to return them and they would not refund me for the sleeve that was cut. i explained that I was returning the sleeves because they didn't fit, not because I changed my mind. Tammy made an error in measuring the sleeve I brought to her when I first placed the order, and I paid the price for it. The sleeves are not expensive and it is not the money I am upset about. I'm upset because I was treated poorly for a mistake she made. The reason I went to lighting company in the first place was to get help from the so-called experts.
