She explained the whole buying process to us and described all the documents we would sign. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions (there were many). Jennifer allowed us to take home copies of the documents to see if we wanted to proceed using her services. There was no pressure whatsoever. She was extremely knowledgeable and we were so comfortable with her that we did not even meet another realtor before signing the buyers' agency agreement. Jennifer worked very hard for us by helping us to obtain a prequalifying finance letter and arranging many viewings when it was convenient for us (typically on weekends, taking precious time away from her family). When we did find a home we wanted to make an offer on we listened to her explain the process and the documents all over again. She counseled us on each step along the purchasing process and helped to calm our anxieties. We felt that she went out of her way for us. And her services did not end after the closing. She helped us find contractors and with other issues that arose after the sale too. I would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer as anyone's realtor.
