A woman answered right away, told me the re-cert was 99 bucks and that was all I needed to hear. The website is super easy to navigate, tons of appointments available and the actual call with the doctor was super easy and quick too. My appointment with them was December 8th at 8pm. Today is Decemeber 11th and I just got my new card in the mail. Not only does Sanctuary Wellness Institute need applause, but the Pennsylvania Department Of Health needs a shout out too. Absolutely appalling customer service. I came into the store to purchase an item I had seen earlier…read morethat morning, but I hadn't had my card with me at the time. Instead of receiving even basic courtesy, I was met with an incredibly condescending, hostile, and disrespectful attitude from Evan. As I was expressing my frustration over the situation, Evan looked at me and said, "I get it, you're going through withdrawals." I was completely speechless. That comment was not only false, but deeply insulting, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate. There is absolutely no circumstance where it is acceptable for an employee to make degrading personal assumptions about a customer. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, Evan chose to belittle and mock me. His demeanor throughout the interaction was arrogant, dismissive, and openly hostile. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I spend a significant amount of money at this establishment, and I refuse to be treated with that level of disrespect. I will be reporting this incident to management because no customer should be spoken to in that manner. The only reason I am not taking my business elsewhere is because of the wonderful young woman who works the morning shift. She is consistently kind, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. She represents exactly how customers should be treated. If not for her outstanding service, I would never return after my experience with Evan.
