The installer had to stand in the driveway and read the manual directions for the system, and STILL didn't get it right. One of the guys from another team had to come out to show him what he was doing wrong. He was very disrespectful of my property, broke a sentimental concrete ornament and left trash everywhere. Trash included broken pipes, cups, paper and cigarette butts. They left an open trench on the side of my house after they said everything was complete. This was a nightmare. They didn't waste any time adding charges for debris removal.

With a heavily loaded truck that negligently almost ruined electric lines we were installing that day. It left ruts. They were scolded about lack of notice and our need to prepare and just showed up again. 3) They left mounds of dirt for us to discard at our expense. But THIS IS THE WORST! CONTRARY to their own contract requiring documented customer approved changes, the final bill included an additional almost $900 charge. Additionally, their inept business practices (all employees used the same scammed Yahoo e-mail address), etc., ultimately cost us a bundle more. Do not use these people!
