They offer 120 mg and 60mg ejuice bottles and the small nic salt sizes. My first mistake was dealing with the new manager. I asked for the small size ejuice, never did I imply I wanted nic salt and she immediately cut me off and said she wasn't putting the ejuice in the small bottles and tried to man-splain to me the reason. I had to cut her right back off and inform her I didn't ask for nic salt, but the small 60mg of ejuice. She apologized and said customers were being mean to her because she's taking the former managers place. Nah, people don't like you because you think you're a know it all and assume you know what someone is asking about. Lucky for you, I'll stick to Up N Smoke. They provide wonderful customer service.

They are also the only place I've been too that sets up your device and makes sure you know how to use it because like the woman said that works there, "we want to make sure you know how to use it before you buy it and take it home!" Now, that's customer service!!! They're my husband and my go to vape store. They are also very responsive when I message them on Facebook messenger because I hate calling businesses because I feel like they're busy and don't have time to talk but they literally get back to you on FB messenger with mom 10-20 minutes! She kept walking away while I was trying to talk to her. I went in there with my receipt that I had sent to my email because when I was in the Saraland store they didn't even have paper to do a printed receipt. The ladies at the Saraland store even though they're probably not trained well enough by the company they work for they really are nice and helpful. I was trying to let her know that all I wanted to do was it exchange a defective piece of equipment even if I had to buy a better piece of equipment and pay the difference but she just kept trying to find reasons why I had to be doing something wrong even though I brought my tank with burnt wasted liquid iin it so they could see what was going on. So i lost money i spent on burnt liquid because of a defective piece of equipment and she didn't even care. I was on day 35 of not smoking after smoking for 30 years and all I could think cuz I couldn't wait to leave her store and buy a pack cigarettes. I went out there with expectations of having a good visit possibly buying something else because that store so much better stocked. I didn't go out there with the expectation to be treated so poorly that I even had to point out her return policy is within two weeks it's posted on her door and my stuff was only 2 days old.
