Mallard rep pointed to No Refund - No Exchange sign behind register. Then rep took me to an in-store, identical model Nike shoe box and pulled out the 2 year mfg warranty card and said they are covered by manufacturer. I went on Nike's warranty claim website only to find out that they do not warranty anything 2 years past the date shoe was manufactured. I checked the shoe tag to find that the shoe was manuactured in June 2011. I bought the shoe in Feb 2014. That means that the date I purchased the shoes "new", it was already eight months out of warranty by the manufacturer. Yet Mallard is representing them as new and covered under manufacturer warranty. In fact, while at the store today, I check the shoes they had for sale an found one with a mfg date in 2010! Same early dates were found with the Callaway shoes displayed. Had I known the warranty of these shoes and not relied on store representation, I would not have purchased them. The moral of this story is to do your homework. And if a store has a No Refund - No Exchange policy, go to a chain store like Golfsmith. And, check Nike's website for the list of "authorized" vendors; of which Mallard is not listed. Very disappointing.

Scott immediately had some thoughts on solutions to getting this done, with a range of price points. We scheduled a test fit the following Saturday, and spent two hours hitting balls, taking data and analyzing my son's swing. Scott had some take out shafts that would be able to replace the entire set of irons and wedges, but wanted to start with his 7 and 9 to make sure they would work well. They did! Two weeks later we brought Scott the rest of the irons and wedges to get reshafted. By the end of the same day, they were completed. Scott even offered to let us pick the clubs up from his house since I couldn't pick them up during normal business hours. This has been an experience rarely seen in today's world of crummy customer service. Thank you Scott, you've been excellent to work with!

We booked our reservation online and the process was pretty easy. Total cost was $136 for 5 people playing for 2 hours. It felt like it was a bit high, but bowling or a movie for 5 can be like $100 and it's not like there are other Topgolf knockoffs to choose from. Anyway, we arrived a bit early but they took us right in. There were a variety of different games you could play where you could get points even if you didn't get the best shot. So the kids were able to complete pretty well with us adults and even win a few rounds! They had a food and drinks available but we had eaten prior to arriving and didn't get anything. The offerings were chicken tenders, pizza, burgers and the like. Prices seemed reasonable. Overall we had a really good time and would likely go back at some point. Five stars from me.

Unfortunately, I selected the wrong date by mistake and contacted them to see if the reservation could simply be moved to the correct date. Instead of allowing a reasonable date change, I was informed that I would be charged for the reservation and would lose the benefit of the complimentary offer. I understand that policies are in place, but given that this was a promotional invitation from Topgolf and an honest scheduling mistake, I feel there should have been more flexibility and customer consideration. I hope Topgolf will reconsider how situations like this are handled, because the experience left me feeling that my business and loyalty as a customer were not valued.

Some of the greens are like large stairs with different levels. The clubhouse is gorgeous and this is a baller course. If someone could get you on here DO IT!!!!
