I have been here several times and the staff has always been smug. I recently tried to make an appointment when I hurt my back. I called and asked for an appointment. They referred me to the emergency room because they don't take X-rays. I went to med express instead and had X-rays and my prescriptions filled in just over an hour. read more

I went to the doctor for fatigue and pain in my side and a cold I couldn't seem to kick. The first thing she said to me was "this looks like anxiety" because she read my chart and saw I was on Zoloft. She touched my stomach and I said "that hurts "and she said "it can't hurt that much you're not squirming or screaming in pain "and then she gave me a prescription for an ultrasound of my ovaries which was 2 inches below where the pain was. I got the ultrasound everything was fine. It just showed I was ovulating. So I received a call from someone from the office telling me to get a follow up in the next one or two months. When I asked why do I need to follow up if an ultrasound just showed me I was ovulating she had no answers. She actually said "I don't know. The doctor just wants you to get a follow up." She never addressed my initial pain, she just sent me on a wild expensive goose chase. read more

Horrible, very horrible place I would never recommended to a single person! Very rude, beyond rude to me just trying to call and get me prescription refilled.. it's been 3 1/2 weeks that I've been waiting for my physician to refill my prescription. I called them and after being very rude to, I get lied to that in the past 2 weeks, they sent 4 refills requests over. Blamed it on "system changes" instead of owning up and admitting they are lazy and weren't doing their job. After calling over 5 times yesterday, I got hung up on by Janet, I got screamed at by the other one, and when I went in to speak about all of this the lady at the front desk gave me attitude too. After all the lies they sent me script over... just for it to be the WRONG ONE!!! This place deserves 0 stars. Negative stars if possible. I wouldn't recommend this place to a fly. if I could rate with a zero I would! I had been a patient of this practice (seen at all three locations to fit with where I was living at the time and to get avail appts) for more than 20 years. I had some nice DRs come and go, a few who I didn't care for but did their jobs well, and even a few PAs who handled my concerns perfectly well. in recent years, it's been weeks before I could get an appt, so I deferred to the NPs at walgreen's clinics for simple things like sinus infections or flu shots 1x or 2x a year. last month I went to the ER where I spent a few hours and was released with instructions to see DR within 24 hours. I was released 1am on sunday, so I called first thing mon morning. I called the number saved in my phone from a few years back, the last time THEY had called ME with test results. I was treated very rudely by the person who answered, and was chastised like a child for using their "private line" for my personal concerns instead of using their "scheduling system" 800 number. I was not allowed to speak briefly with a DR (whom I could hear in the back) to ask a simple question, nor would they ask one to call me back! the scheduling system wouldn't fit me in for 5 days, and I was leaving for vacation in 4 if the follow-up ok'd it. no exceptions would be made because I had just been in the ER and required follow-up, and no DR would be asked to call back either. forget the vacation issue, how about that he ER told me to follow up within 24 hours! I switched to another practice and the difference is like night and day. a real person in the office schedules you and you can call a Dr if you need to without an appt read more

This is the worst medical office I ever experienced since living for 20 years in the USA. It is not the Dr's, but the staff and the people on the phone. Rude, stupid, don't care. Dr's come and go. This place doesn't deserve even one star. Years ago, I went with severe muscle joint pain.....literally woke up in excruciating pain.......did not have a doctor and hadn't even been to a doctor/hospital or anything in 15 years......I chose this place because it was so close and they agreed to see me within the hour......I went......my doctor was a female......I described my situation.....mind you, I was in severe pain and scared to death.....doctor says to me......."I will tell you what you need to do......quit smoking". I was like "What does that have to do with this?"......She says "Nothing, I can smell it on you though.....at any rate, I'm not giving you any pain meds and for your information.....this is a 'family practice'".......she turned and walked out..... What do you think all that meant????? I KNOW exactly what she meant. To this day, I have never been treated so rudely by a healthcare person.....I ended up at the ER and subsequently was diagnosed properly and treated successfully. I would not take a stray dog to this place....terrible terrible unprofessional manner.......but I did remember, and never forgot, that it's a 'family practice'......all I can say is......for as angry as I was, and hurt.....and as angry as I will always be about it........I hope that if someday, she is sick and scared and in pain......I wish her a better doctor than she was to me. I've been going to this practice for 8 years and never have they let me down! Even at the last minute they found a way to get me in to see a Dr. Oakmont is generally where I go and everyone has always been nothing but nice. I can't speak for all the Dra, of course, but all the ones I've seen, Dr Martin is my regular, I always leave with the problem solved. read more

Calling to schedule an appointment and having to talk to Paula is the worst experience I've ever had. She is rude and not helpful. She fights with patients and does not provide service. I do not go to the office anymore because I dread having to talk to her. I've never had such attitude when trying to better my health. read more
