I had a problem opening up the gallon size of Deer Park Water. They made the tab you pull so thin that it does not function and breaks off when you pull it. I had six gallons with this problem. I called the customer service number and told the representative what had happened. I was told I would be sent a check to cover buying new gallons of water.cThe check had never come and I have called many, many times. They keep saying it is coming. I am very disappointed . I have had a problem with two more gallons since November. I will have to change to a different Water Spring Company. I am reporting this defective product to the Better I'm Business Bureau on Monday. Why would a Company say they are compensating me with a check and not send it? Ever time I call they say the check is in the mail. Other Companies stand behind their products and send coupon replacements or checks right away. Caroline Ferriello read more
