When we finally got to the front of the line, 2 hours later, our order was still being finished in the back.... I know. You think it'd be done considering it was ordered ahead... Be careful when ordering around the holidays. People were extremely unhappy. My advice is for them to ONLY accept order-ahead orders during the holidays so they're not stuck helping those who procrastinated while those who planned must wait.
