The gym is ok, not great just ok. It could be easily improved by opening up the group exercise areas even when no classes running so we have a space to do stretching. Management seem more concerned with property maintenance than user facilitation. Great value however.

Membership includes key to 24 hour access. Lots of mirrors to focus on crunching and correct weight lifting. Gyms nice and clean and air conditioning is cool, works great throughout facility. They flat out lied about the cost of the monthly membership and mentioned nothing about the annual fee being taken out two months after I signed up or there being a charge to cancel.. Then give you the old look at the contract you signed. When you have someone explaining the costs to you, you don't feel it necessary to read through the whole contract while standing there and they know this. Beware! Would give zero stars if possible or negative stars.

We came across the listing for owner answered promptly. She invited us over and even met us at the door! We walked thru to the back and were surprised to see many dumb bells, squat racks, treadmills, benches, and machines! After signing our waivers we were set loose. Both had great workouts.
