Mary Grace took me in even though I didn't realize they were actually closed today Life has been a roller coaster these last couple of months, and I've been doing my best to keep my head high. I shared a bit about my trip with her, and she had exactly the right words for me, words I truly needed to hear. I haven't been emotional at all through everything I've been dealing with lately, but in that moment the tears just started falling. She asked if she could pray over me. As a believer, I said yes, please. The prayer she prayed over me my trip, meeting my family, my life was one of the most beautiful and meaningful prayers I've ever experienced. I was full on tears. I've also been dealing with recent anxiety episodes (1st time in my life) something I've never experienced before, and she prayed over that as well almost as if she already knew. The moment she finished, I felt this huge sense of relief and peace wash over me. It was honestly incredible. She told me I was meant to come see her today and I truly believe that. After the appointment, there was a lot of hair left that I had to pluck at home. My previous experience with sugaring has been great and I was expecting a different outcome, which is why I was disappointed with the results. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. I'm disappointed because the previous reviews are what brought me here.

Denise Campa is my BEAUTY DOCTOR, she's attentive and caring and has been very informative in my hair and health needs. I have been going to Denise Campa for over 30 years and I drive an hour to get to Definitions Salon. Everyday I get a compliment on my hair. I have friends that come from out of state, or travel 3 hours to get their hair done. Denise is a perfectionist in her haircuts, coloring or whatever she is doing for you. I don't even choose my hair color. I let her choose for me. The salon is very nice and always has all of the latest hair products etc. Everyone at the salon are pleasant to talk to and it is a very relaxing environment. Absolutely love this place. I got my hair done last week with Denise Campa as I have for many years and as always she did an amazing job. She's very affordable, honest, and loves what she does. She genuinely cares about her clients and while getting my hair done I've observed that all of the women next to her do as well. The salon is super clean!! I have been having my hair cut at Definations for about 8 years. It's clean and all the stylists that work there are very nice. Denise Campa has been cutting my hair and she has by far been wonderful. She knows exactly how I want it and not to mention I have 2 cowlicks and she knows just how to deal them so you can't see them. Not only is she very professional she represents herself very nicely and neatly. She knew exactly what I needed great consultant which is what I needed because sometimes we try to do things we really cannot pull off and she really helped me out.
