This property has been empty for years and the rear of the building is completely neglected, resulting in an accumulation of of debris, litter and overgrown weeds. I have submitted numer blight reports asking the city to clean it up as its a public street and I have cleaned up litter many times myself. Its a hazard and attracts vermin. Homeless people sleep in the doorways. It's demoralizing to look out from my balcony and see this mess. Who is responsible? read more
