The server wrote down my 3 gift cards and said I need to enter my credit card in the system and she would apply the gift cards after I closed the tab. I wasn't sure when I was able to close the tab, there was no option to. I also heard that if you don't close it by the end, they charge you another $5. So had to keep checking my phone to see if there was a link to close it. Finally after the timer was up to order food, the option to close the tab popped up. During the movie I received a notification that my card was charged. The girl had told me it wouldn't be charged it would be applied to the gift cards. Went to the front to get my balance on the gift card I had left and come to find out they applied my gift cards to another table. The manager figured it out and gave me my balance owed back on a new gift card. I walked out the door and then turned back around to find out about my credit card charged, I wanted a receipt for the refund on my cc. Someone in front of me was getting comped 4 movie tickets for their troubles. The manager could not give me a receipt for my credit card and said I needed to just wait 5-7 days. Not sure why when there $5 close out fee also showed on my credit card and showed up right away as refunded. I missed many parts of the movie and the fun of going to the movies. No way would we come back here to watch the Star Wars movie, ended up going to the Cinemark and it was great! Sometimes the old ways of doing things need to stay the same.

There's axe throwing , bumper cars, a go-kart course surrounded by dinosaurs, plenty of pinball machines, laser tag, VR arenas featuring 3D simulator attractions, and a 3D XD Dark Ride Adventure Theater that seats eight people. The pinball machines are typically $1 or more per game, while the classic arcade games are just 50 cents each! I was especially in awe of the incredible pinball machines, including The X-Files, John Wick, Aerosmith, South Park, and more. A big thank-you to Allie for being so sweet and taking a video of us on the bumper cars! There is so much to do at Pinballz and so little time. I definitely need to come back for another visit!

My family was going there weekly which is quite expensive but was great when they were having fun…read more My 4 years old has not wanted to go for a bit since he was yelled at twice in one visit for bringing his sippy cup in which really made him uncomfortable. We were in the process of leaving the second time. Every time we would go, multiple games wouldn't work but it's part of the pinballz experience and we just wrote it off as no big deal but the losses do pile up. I was there today and it was busy and more than half of the games didn't work. When they did work; they had glitches. I found an employee which is tough and they saw what I was saying and apologized and said to go to the counter and they can credit me back. The woman at the counter wasn't as nice and told me she wouldn't be crediting me back for games that didn't work and said it with a huge attitude. The way people treat people there is wild. I've literally spent thousands of dollars and when telling them I was having issues with 5 games and would like to be credited back for the games that didn't work; they seemed to take satisfaction in telling me no. I won't be back and no one there cares. Broken games and counter people with superiority complexes aren't a great match but they will still make their money. The last thing this place is is fun.

She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed for our event. Her professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help made the planning process seamless, and I truly appreciated how easy she was to work with. What really sets Freedom Fun apart, however, is the quality of their people. While setting up for our event, I suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a significant injury and severe bleeding. In those frightening moments, Isaac, DJ, and Adam immediately sprang into action. They did not hesitate for a second. Remaining remarkably calm under pressure, they took control of the situation, did everything they could to stop the bleeding, and stayed focused until emergency responders arrived. Their quick thinking, composure, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. What impressed me most was not only how capable they were, but how compassionate and caring they were throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed with me, reassured me, and handled an incredibly stressful situation with maturity and professionalism far beyond their years. Freedom Fun should be extremely proud to have employees like Isaac, DJ, and Adam representing their company. The large popcorn was $5 as well :) It was my son who looked this place up and I was a little hesitant at first as I didn't want to go somewhere where it's not maintained and not clean. The seats and the theater was actually clean! Nice reclining seats, it took a while before I was able to figure out how the buttons work but I felt like I was laying down while watching the . Will come here more often now I know they have a day for deals once a week!

Online booking is very simplistic. You can select seats. As far as I can tell, if you purchased online, you can go in and scan the barcode that's located in the confirmation email with one of the people at the concession stand. For theater setup, it's not stadium seating. But there is a subtle slope downwards. Lighting is a bit dark. Identifying your seat requires you to look at the small unilluminated letter on the side of the seat next to the aisle, and then to look for the number printed part way down the arm rest. The screen is slightly elevated, views seem to be fine no matter where you sit. The seats recline. I was a bit confused at first about the controls, but the controls for your seat are on your right, two sets of "open" and "close". Sound and visuals were totally fine, and tickets are affordable. They also seem to host film festival events here.
