There are only a few items which are very expensive. The saleslady was very friendly, competent and really doing her best to make up for the best selection. The worst range of products of all subsidiaries, thus the shop was always empty, people went in looking, but not buying. The jackets are lambswool, the ties silk, the trousers and shirts pure cotton. It's not cheap, though, but you do get what you pay for. The assistants instantly assesses your size to within a centimetre the moment you walk in. They decide what will match what you've just tried on and make suggestions for other things to go with it. Good suggestions. I don't know how they do it. Probably witchcraft. It might seem that they suggest a trousers size smaller than you're used to but, well, they're right. It's quite spooky. I've been several times and found a significant hole in my wallet each time but both my wife and I have seriously improved our wardrobes. You want good clothing? Come here. Bring money.

The customer service was very nice and helpful. You get the staff's full attention and will be aided to find the best shoe for you. During my shopping I finally found the right pair of shoes for my big day. It was a nice cream colored, classy sling-back and real leather pump from Pura López (reduced from 239€ to 69€). Additionally I bought some fancy suede sandals from L'autre Chose (reduced from 399€ to 69€). How can you say "no" to these bargains? The quality is the best and your wallet will be grateful. The assortment is bigger and there is more structure and more room for trying on. Although the assortment MEDICUS which is for older people and people with foot problems got somehow smaller. This is a problem concerning customer numbers. Because especially today there are also young people 20+ with foot problems and MEDICUS also had models for younger people which was great if you are looking for something elegant or sportive. From all Deichmann subsidiaries this is the one with the most friendly and competent staff. Hats off!!!
