I've been in that store three times and my over all opinion of the workers and the technicians are that they are seeing who can run the biggest scam on the customers. Look on line for a handy repair because any place is cheaper then the Samsung shop and they won't lie to you and force you into buying new parts you don't need. This new Samsung shop is a horrible scam. STAY AWAY.
