I didn't notice of course until after I was out of the parking lot and parked my car. A magnet on my car also came off so when I went back to the location just to simply ask if maybe someone picked it up so I could obtain it I basically got greeted with the attendant telling me it's not his problem. But yet it was my problem that they couldn't wash the front of my car. Accidents mistakes happen but the customer service is trash. This used to be my favorite car wash I will never go there again. Save your money and go to the express on route 40.

When I dried it I saw the damage and went in to talk to a manager, just to say hey, I know you probably won't accept responsibility but something happened during the wash. They went out, took a look and made it seem like the damage didn't happen there because there are some scratches on both sides of my vehicle. I told them I'm aware of everything that's on my car, I drive it daily & spent the morning cleaning it out so I would have seen that damage if it had been there. Then they said it's a soft touch car wash & the only way something could have happen is if I turned the steering wheel, which I didn't do. I've been going here for years but today was it for me. I don't need to do business with a place that's so dismissive of its customers. I filled out an incident report but have little to no expectations for follow up based on their reaction.
