All over an early pick-up. All communication from the company said Tuesday and she said this somehow was to mean Monday or Tuesday. I called to make sure I hadn't been robbed and since they didn't communicate before pick-up, they forgot something and had to come back. Each time I called she hung up on me and it was just the most unprofessional experience I had with the company up until that point. Had I been writing this review prior to this experience--It would have been a better review. I was totally surprised by the owner/operator's rude behavior. It's just easier to go to another place for rentals moving forward. Especially when I had to clean all of the tables and chairs before using them. They cleaned the blowup slide at delivery (it was covered with mud) using my water, and I had to run it again, and the cotton candy machine wasn't cleaned out either. I was willing to excuse it because everyone had been so nice--but her behavior just took the cake. Just use another place or another location.

The regularly-priced items that I bought in bulk were inexpensive. The store did not have everything that I needed, including decorative poly mailing envelopes. I went down every aisle. If I had a small child, I would shop here for birthday party supplies, like plates, and napkins because the selection was extensive. The parking was very nice for this city shop because they have a private parking lot, and there was no need for me to worry about parallel parking. I would go back here again. .
