He even told me that the only damage to the appliance was a small dent on the side, which he pointed out. Unfortunately, this turned out to be false. The appliance they delivered and installed was faulty and flooded our home, causing over $100,000 in damage. The owner, Andy Han, came to our house and we have a video of him promising to reimburse us. We asked about going through insurance, he said he would pay out of pocket. He quickly took the washer/dryer back, assuring us he would follow up once we assessed the damage. But we even had to dispute the charge through our credit card just to get a refund. One year later and numerous attempts to contact him and after hiring a lawyer at our expense, there has been no follow-up or any reimbursement from him. They came through for me when my mail order pharmacy could not get their hands on a prescription that I take daily for a chronic condition. They helped me through a lengthy dog bite recovery period with advice, recommendations and support. Esp. when I had an adverse reaction to a prescription from the urgent care center. And now they are helping me prepare for a trip to Tanzania. In addition to supplying all of the OTC and prescriptions for the trip, they packaged all of my medications and supplements in individual (labeled) pouches. This way I can take just what I need for each side trip instead of carrying my entire supply with me. And I have to mention the gift store that is part of the pharmacy.
