Dropped off our 2 dogs. Asked. If we could pick them up on Monday as we weren't back early enough on Sunday. We said that it was Memorial Day. I had a great experience boarding my two dogs here. They have been slow with the pandemic so getting them in last minute was no issue. The kennel is pretty laid back with time for drop off and pick up. They're closed Sundays. Price was very reasonable at $18 a day per dog. I have two large dogs and they were able to stay in the same dog run which was great. Both dogs came back happy and healthy. Friendly place and I would highly recommend!! read more

I dropped off my 2 dogs for boarding. It was my 1st time using them. I was impressed. the kennels are a great size. All of the dogs there looked very happy. They are very caring people who love animals. I highly recommen them for boarding and grooming needs. read more

The first picture is of Solvej before the groomer the next two are after the groomer that says she has 28 years experience. Leave it to Murphy's Law as this is the story when I picked her up: I took my almost 10 month old Yorki for grooming today. It started off fine as she said she couldn't do the contract due to being out of ink. No problem. The grooming building is run down and smells. I took my Yorkie in in a dog carrier that I got from Amazon as it is safer for her to travel that way. When I picked her up the groomer said I want to tell you as politely as I can that I don't want to be your groomer. Okay I asked why and she proceeded to rudely tell me she is just that she was difficult which I understood then she continued to say you need to get rid of the carrier and put her on a leash she is spoiled and is not your baby she is just a dog and to treat her as such to put her in a leash and keep her outside. Also not to put clothes on her as again she is just a dog and to treat her as such. Wow! I said okay obviously you don't care about my dog and are not the groomer for us so please get her I will pay you and we will be on our way. She came back with my Yorkie and the haircut is terrible and choppy (granted she said Solvej was difficult that could be part of it) or she just didn't care and did an awful job knowing she didn't want to do her. Her eyes were not cleaned and she still had a dirty face, she also didn't smell like she was freshly groomed or look like it. She told me to train her and stop babying her which we are working on it and she is still a puppy. I paid her $40 for the terrible haircut and went to walk out the door letting her know Again that I would leave a review on my experience as I walked out she rudely said okay Karen! Wow very professional and my name is not Karen! Sorry that I treat my animals with love and compassion and that it isn't up to your its just a dog standard. She was extremely thirsty when we got home and drank for a good 2 minutes. But hey I'm a Karen and she is just a dog! At least I can groom better then you and I am not a professional of 28 years! read more
