They hacked the flowers that were growing. They overpruned our bushes. When we complained, they just stopped pruning anything that wasn't grass, and also they didn't follow through on replacing the overpruned bushes. We paid a lot for the service. They promised to fix the issues on the second year of our contract. Still sucked. Don't do it. It wasn't worth the money and they still just didn't make it right, even after we said we were only doing the second year out of obligation due to the contract. We kept our contract. They violated theirs, but we still had to pay them. Steer clear. I don't know if they just don't care of if their staff is just incompetent. Either way.. We just can't wait. We need to get out of our contract and we would sooner hire a neighborhood kid and would get better (and cheaper!) service.

We contracted with American Way Tree Service to take out our old oak tree, grind the stump, put in…read morefill dirt, and reseed the area. American Way did a great job of taking down the tree and grinding the stump, but they still owe us the fill dirt and seed. We had other projects going on in the same area of the yard and asked them to hold off on the dirt until we needed it. We have those projects done and have called American Way for the fill dirt. They have promised they would deliver the dirt, but have not come through. We have followed up many times and we either get an answer machine or someone answers and hangs up. We have left a message giving them the option of paying us back for the dirt and seed. We have not heard back from them. UPDATE 1/23/16 I finally got a refund of $100 for the dirt that was never delivered. They paid $65 in cash and $35 by check (pending it clears).

Turkle's Tree Service used my drive to do a neighbor's job, then an employee put a chainsaw through…read morethe hydraulic hose, while up in the air cutting branches. The hydraulic fluid sprayed all over my house, saturated 20 ft of my driveway, flowerbeds, fencing, gate, and then used a power sprayer and DAWN DISHwashing liquid to "clean" it up. They have been told to have Enviromark clean up the mess they made, and damage done by powerspraying the what fluid came off, into my flower beds and lawn. Now they lied to their insurance company and told them that I do not own my home and that I cannot make a claim. I do own my home, obviously, and spend every day smelling this junk, watching plants die, and trying to keep my dog away from the spill in the fenced in part of my yard. Thanks a lot Turkle's. I am nice and allow you to use my drive, and you promised to clean up the saw dust, which you never did, and then won't even own up to the mess you made.
