Krystal had requested to drop off marquee numbers and was 2 hours late, so the venue people were no longer there. They ended up setting the whole display up outside so when I arrived, I had to move everything myself with the help of the venue staff. Above all this drama, the execution of the writing on the display was horrible. They used 3 different fonts and the stick-on writing you'd find at a budget craft store and it just looked like a total hack job. I let her know about my disappointment after, but no response.
