A lady working there gave my husband a rude lecture about how Americanos are made with boiling water, no apology, no kindness. We know that. Also note that as a person who has had thousands of americanos in my life, this one with oat milk was way hotter than normal. If you go there please be aware that the way they don't put the lids on drinks properly and you may be injured. I get that accidents happen but saying sorry and being decent go a long way.
