Thanks to Deliveright, this is where our guests will be sitting as we host our first Christmas.

We ordered a couch with an estimated delivery of 12/11/25. Despite arriving in the city around then (Dallas), Deliveright postponed delivery until 12/23/25. On 12/22/25, they confirmed a delivery window for the next morning. Then they failed to arrive. No phone call, no delivery, just silence! In anticipation of the couch arriving, we already got rid of the old couch! So we were left hosting our very first Christmas without our new couch. Thanks, Deliveright. Or maybe I should say, Deliver-Wrong? Deliver-Never? As of now, the new estimated delivery date is 1/6/26. So we'll probably have to miss work on that Tuesday (like we did today), only to see them fail to deliver yet again. Customers, beware. Clients, beware. This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a shipping company. Fingers crossed we get our couch, eventually... This company did a below average delivery of my sectional sofa. They arrived during the time window assigned which I appreciated. They proceeded to deliver and install/assemble the sofa. After assembling two sections, they declared that it would not fit in the room despite the fact that I'd measured to ensure that it would. They moved one small coffee table out of the way (which I would've been happy to do myself had they asked) and then lectured me about how they are not allowed to move furniture. Before I could inquire further, they packed up and left. They left me with no explanation of how to connect the electrical components of the sectional. I then spent the next 30 minutes assembling it myself. I moved one small floor lamp out of the way, and the unit fit perfectly. I was disappointed overall with the experience. read more

Terrible communication. I had a very extensive self for being delivered. It was supposed to come on May 29. They called me and told me I had to pick it on the 22nd or it could be three or four weeks. I like to deliver it even though I had an appointment. He told me on the 22nd. It would be there between one and four. They called me that afternoon and said they were running behind but I still take it. I said yes they never showed up never called and would not communicate with me. The company I bought it from unlimited furniture finally got a hold of them five days later will be delivered it on the original date the 29th. Their team went in and out of my beautiful home that were no booties and did not do a great job picking up. Definitely not recommend. read more

Here in Winston Salem, our business receives packages all day from all of the various carriers…read more(DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc). Two weeks ago, we started having problems with FedEx ground deliveries. Our manager who was doing her job, asked the FedEx ground driver (Brett) to wear a face covering when coming into her lobby (where all of her customers are waiting to or receiving service). She provided him with an alternative delivery spot as well (rear entrance away from her customers). Everyday since then, her packages have been left somewhere outside of the building. She has found packages at different spots outside and even found packages left in the rain. One package that she found outside was a 32" smart TV just left unattended. How irresponsible can you get! This obviously inmatture driver is acting like a little spoiled child. This is being done in spite of the fact that [per FedEx Customer Service's instructions] delivery instructions have been posted on the front and rear of the building. With all of the quality people in this area that are currently looking for work, why would FedEx have someone like that representing it's business. More appalling is that over a week ago, FedEx management was contacted (Matthew Sallow) without any improvement in service. Five complaints and counting. Just a few short years ago, FedEx was a primary service provider at another of our businesses, it is sad to see how far they have fallen.

We paid for Deliveright's premium White Glove Delivery Service, which advertises expert handling, precise placement, assembly, and exceptional customer service. What we received was the opposite. The shipment consisted of two packages totaling 195 pounds. Deliveright received both packages but apparently entered them into their system incorrectly as a single package. On the scheduled delivery date, the delivery crew arrived with only a small drawer box weighing approximately 68 pounds and not the actual bed that had been ordered. After the failed delivery, the missing package was quickly located. Deliveright acknowledged that both packages had been received at their facility. Rather than simply correcting their own inventory and tracking error, we were told we would need to pay an additional $350 delivery fee to receive the remainder of the order. Think about that for a moment. A company loses track of part of your shipment, finds it, and then asks you to pay more money to get the item you already purchased and already paid to have delivered. The operational mistake itself was frustrating but understandable. Logistics companies make mistakes. What was shocking was Deliveright's response. Emails often took days to receive a response, phone calls went unanswered, and there appeared to be no sense of urgency or accountability despite the fact that the problem was entirely of Deliveright's own making. The experience left us questioning how a company can market a premium "White Glove" service while handling customers this way. The issue wasn't simply a lost package--it was a complete failure to take ownership of an obvious error and make things right. If you're considering Deliveright for a high-value purchase, be aware that when something goes wrong, you may find yourself spending weeks chasing answers and potentially being asked to pay extra to resolve a problem that wasn't yours to begin with. Based on our experience, Deliveright's "White Glove" service fell far short of the professionalism, accountability, and customer care that their marketing promises. read more

Delivered the wrong item with extreme bad attitude from driver who refused photos for evidence, and repetitively arguing with customer on ingenuity of review 1) In the contract, delivery company is obligated to inspect the product thoroughly before delivering, which they did not. The table I ordered clearly comes with the top and the stand while you still deliver the wrong items. We ordered a sofa online and Deliveright was the company that Coleman Furniture uses to deliver their products. I was not familiar with the furniture company nor the delivery service. It all worked like a dream! The sofa came earlier than we expected and the guys who brought it were absolutely great. They kept in touch and arrived a few minutes earlier. They were professional and friendly. They knew the "drill" to unpack the sofa, bring it in the house and set it up and clean up any mess. (There was no mess!) Was it worth it? Yes! Better yet, we did not pay a delivery fee, Coleman Furniture took care of that. Plus, the sofa was on sale at an amazing half price after Thanksgiving! I can't be more pleased. read more

This is absolutely the best delivery company on the planet! They brought my furniture into my home carefully, without damaging my walls or floors. Treated my furniture like it was their own. Unpacked everything carefully and professionally, put it together, inspected it, made sure everything worked. Then cleaned up every shred of plastic and paper, leaving my house like it was before they came in. This company is A+ in my book. delivery guys were professional. Window for delivery meet my expectations. Unfortunately there was damage on my bed delivery. The guys took pictures, for their report, and called it in. While they were waiting for a responds, they updated me. I was thinking it would have been nice to know what the process was, in the event of something being wrong with the delivered item. I could tell that they wanted to make a good impression so I gave them 4 stars. It was not their fault that they did not get 5 stars. read more

This delivery company delivered our furniture piece to us with perfection! The furniture vendor kept us informed when the furniture piece was shipped, and told us we would hear from the delivery company the day before to schedule the delivery. We did, and they also called us to confirm the day of and when they were ten minutes away. They set the piece up perfectly, were extremely careful of our home and the new piece of furniture, and it went perfectly!! read more

The installation team of 3 were very professional! They were extremely careful with each furniture item during the install. They were strong and careful when going up and down the stairs during the install. They wore feet covers or removed their shoes each time they entered the home with a piece of furniture. It was a very pleasant install. They had 4 bed frames, 6 lounge chairs , large sofa, Chest and stone top coffee table with a iron base. read more

Deliveright had excellent customer service. They contacted me regarding my delivery. They gave me the option to email and schedule electronically or call. They gave me updates as to their arrival time. I was given a 3-hour delivery window and they called prior to arrival. The two young men that delivered were extremely polite, and nice. Horrible experience! Tha lack of communication was horrendous!!! They were late both Friday and today. They didnt communicate the timeframe change in either instance. My husband lost a day of wages on Friday due their lack of communication. They were also extremely rude to myself and left me on hold for 55mins! Today they didnt assemble the entertainment center like they were supposed to! Not happy at all and definetely not worth what was paid. read more

This company's service was terrible. White Glove delivery was careless, furniture was uncovered and was damaged. They took damaged item away and had it repaired. On redelivery, part of chair was uncovered and sustained a nick. The driver was indifferent and left without us even able to note the damages on any paperwork. Transport from Florida to our home in Philadelphia took a month. Would never recommend. read more

The customer service rep I spoke with to check on my delivery status was friendly and helpful. A few days after that call I received a text with a delivery window for later that week. I was happy that Deliveright was able to deliver my ottoman from Maiden Home several days earlier than MH's estimate. Britney made the whole delivery straightforward--communicative, on time, and professional. Everything arrived as expected and there were no issues. While he was here, he took a few extra minutes to help reposition a really heavy piece of furniture. That wasn't part of the delivery, but it was genuinely appreciated. I recently had my new Telly TV delivered. The delivery driver Junior called ahead of time to let me know that I was his next stop. With the real-time tracking feature, I was able to make space for the TV right before he arrived. Junior was very polite and professional and he even helped me get the TV up the stairs and into my house. Seriously...give Warner Junior a well deserved raise!!! read more

My delivery team obviously have done this before. They were friendly, efficient, quick and polite. They took the time to demonstrate how to work the controls, and then watched while I used the controls, making sure I understood the instructions. The delivery team did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They were not in a hurry and made sure to take care of everything included in white glove delivery. They took away all packaging material. Most importantly they came around 1300 vice our scheduled time of 1800 to 2200. I would highly recommend this team. read more
