We paid for Deliveright's premium White Glove Delivery Service, which advertises expert handling, precise placement, assembly, and exceptional customer service. What we received was the opposite. The shipment consisted of two packages totaling 195 pounds. Deliveright received both packages but apparently entered them into their system incorrectly as a single package. On the scheduled delivery date, the delivery crew arrived with only a small drawer box weighing approximately 68 pounds and not the actual bed that had been ordered. After the failed delivery, the missing package was quickly located. Deliveright acknowledged that both packages had been received at their facility. Rather than simply correcting their own inventory and tracking error, we were told we would need to pay an additional $350 delivery fee to receive the remainder of the order. Think about that for a moment. A company loses track of part of your shipment, finds it, and then asks you to pay more money to get the item you already purchased and already paid to have delivered. The operational mistake itself was frustrating but understandable. Logistics companies make mistakes. What was shocking was Deliveright's response. Emails often took days to receive a response, phone calls went unanswered, and there appeared to be no sense of urgency or accountability despite the fact that the problem was entirely of Deliveright's own making. The experience left us questioning how a company can market a premium "White Glove" service while handling customers this way. The issue wasn't simply a lost package--it was a complete failure to take ownership of an obvious error and make things right. If you're considering Deliveright for a high-value purchase, be aware that when something goes wrong, you may find yourself spending weeks chasing answers and potentially being asked to pay extra to resolve a problem that wasn't yours to begin with. Delivered the wrong item with extreme bad attitude from driver who refused photos for evidence, and repetitively arguing with customer on ingenuity of review 1) In the contract, delivery company is obligated to inspect the product thoroughly before delivering, which they did not. The table I ordered clearly comes with the top and the stand while you still deliver the wrong items. How its funny that they put the blame entirely on furniture company 2) The driver they hired had extemely bad attitude throughout the entire process. Me as customer can only echo to the wrongly delivered item, and the bad attitude. 3)Their driver does not even speak English, Be aware if they have illegal employees 5)If they really want to provide excellent service as they claimed, they should inspect themselves and improve staff performance internally(please look at other one-star reviews you had on all platforms) instead of wasting time arguing with customerI don't know how to comment on anyone who does that to every bad refiew which is a true echo to how you provided your service. read more

We ordered a sofa online and Deliveright was the company that Coleman Furniture uses to deliver their products. I was not familiar with the furniture company nor the delivery service. It all worked like a dream! The sofa came earlier than we expected and the guys who brought it were absolutely great. They kept in touch and arrived a few minutes earlier. They were professional and friendly. They knew the "drill" to unpack the sofa, bring it in the house and set it up and clean up any mess. (There was no mess!) Was it worth it? Yes! Better yet, we did not pay a delivery fee, Coleman Furniture took care of that. Plus, the sofa was on sale at an amazing half price after Thanksgiving! I can't be more pleased. read more

This is absolutely the best delivery company on the planet! They brought my furniture into my home carefully, without damaging my walls or floors. Treated my furniture like it was their own. Unpacked everything carefully and professionally, put it together, inspected it, made sure everything worked. delivery guys were professional. Window for delivery meet my expectations. Unfortunately there was damage on my bed delivery. The guys took pictures, for their report, and called it in. While they were waiting for a responds, they updated me. I was thinking it would have been nice to know what the process was, in the event of something being wrong with the delivered item. This delivery company delivered our furniture piece to us with perfection! The furniture vendor kept us informed when the furniture piece was shipped, and told us we would hear from the delivery company the day before to schedule the delivery. We did, and they also called us to confirm the day of and when they were ten minutes away. They set the piece up perfectly, were extremely careful of our home and the new piece of furniture, and it went perfectly!! read more

The installation team of 3 were very professional! They were extremely careful with each furniture item during the install. They were strong and careful when going up and down the stairs during the install. They wore feet covers or removed their shoes each time they entered the home with a piece of furniture. Deliveright had excellent customer service. They contacted me regarding my delivery. They gave me the option to email and schedule electronically or call. They gave me updates as to their arrival time. I was given a 3-hour delivery window and they called prior to arrival. The two young men that delivered were extremely polite, and nice. Superb, EXCELLENT impeccable delivery today, Oct 2, with the 2-man Deliveright crew! I was very pleased with their timeliness, careful transporting of the furniture into the house and their set up! Horrible experience! Tha lack of communication was horrendous!!! They were late both Friday and today. They didnt communicate the timeframe change in either instance. My husband lost a day of wages on Friday due their lack of communication. They were also extremely rude to myself and left me on hold for 55mins! Today they didnt assemble the entertainment center like they were supposed to! Not happy at all and definetely not worth what was paid. read more

This company's service was terrible. White Glove delivery was careless, furniture was uncovered and was damaged. They took damaged item away and had it repaired. On redelivery, part of chair was uncovered and sustained a nick. The driver was indifferent and left without us even able to note the damages on any paperwork. Transport from Florida to our home in Philadelphia took a month. Would never recommend. read more

I was happy that Deliveright was able to deliver my ottoman from Maiden Home several days earlier than MH's estimate. I recently had my new Telly TV delivered. The delivery driver Junior called ahead of time to let me know that I was his next stop. With the real-time tracking feature, I was able to make space for the TV right before he arrived.
