I happened upon this beauty clinic and they were able to instantly get me in for a manicure. I wish I had caught my nail artist's name because she was so nice, fun to talk to and did a wonderful job on my nails. I haven't had a manicure in such a long time and it was so pampering! She left me for two hours with bleach!!!!! She also put plastic bag on my head!!!!!! Hair: I find the hair cutting quite good, but it really depends on the stylist. I always get a senior stylist since the junior ones here are not great. I've always been happy with my haircuts here, except they don't colour black hair like they do in Dublin salons, which is weird. They say they can't do it, but I've died my hair many colours in the Dublin salons. The beauty treatments here are great. Not too expensive, but the waxing can be a bit slow. However, they do nice facials, massages, body wraps and manicures. The inside of the salon is also really nice after the refurbished it, and I think it is the best and most popular one in Galway. PS: The salon is up a flight of stairs, no wheelchair access.

The girl who removed my nails was quite rough, but did an ok job since they came out fine afterwards. The salon itself is really small, and you have to go up a narrow staircase to access it (no disability access). They also do hair and beauty treatments, as well as eyebrow threading which is quite cheap. My main complaint would be the staff though, they are not the most friendly. The service itself was quite ok, but I would be reluctant to go again. But they do have a convenient instant online booking system for appointments.
