Jose and Michelle were quick respond and answered all of our questions, which may not have been an easy task as we made several last-minute changes. On the day of construction, Daniel (foreman) arrived prior to his crew and walked us through the timeline for our project, from tile and carpet removal, to leveling the floors, and each step along the way. Shortly thereafter, Daiel's crew arrived and they didn't waste a minute as they began working right away! Daniel's communication with us was amazing throughout the entire project- we couldn't have asked for anything better and the final work product was incredible. We wanted to have all the carpet removed from our entire second floor and stairs (1200 square ft.) in preparation of our baby that was on the way and wanted to put down Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. We had received multiple flooring quotes from our area (Inland Empire) on Yelp and compared to three different quotes, Delo Floors gave a more affordable quote and also provided a quicker completion time compared to the others. Jose came out the next day to measure our flooring and while the other companies would charge a little extra to use third party materials as opposed to their in-house inventory, Jose didn't upcharge us when we wanted to use flooring we ordered from (Efloors.com - Coretec LVP Ravenswood Oak). When it came down to starting the project, our material came late from the manufacturer(Efloors.com) and we needed to postpone our start time by a couple of days which was frustrating not just for us but also Delo Floors because this would mean it would push back the completion date by 2 days which would overlap with other projects Jose had going on in the week. The project was planned to be finished in one working week (5 days) but because of the delay in the delivery, Daniel and his crew from Delo Floors worked fast and efficiently and was able to remove carpet in 3 bedrooms, loft, stairs, and our walk-in master closet, and install the plank flooring in just 3 days! Daniel's crew was very professional and so considerate of us as we were still living in the house as they worked and accommodated us when we needed to walk through areas where they were working. Daniel and his crew offered to paint our walls and baseboards from dirty finger marks but we declined as we needed to leave the house for our baby shower, but it was a nice thing for them to offer. They also took care of the moving of furniture when they needed to rip out the carpet and install the flooring which was such a great convenience for us as well! We do recommend getting the baseboards replaced with Delo Floors though as they came out so nice and clean. We have no complaints to the work that was done, and we can now have the peace of mind with our new baby that we won't have to deal with dust/allergens in our carpet. DELO FLOORS recently replaced some vinyl flooring for me after major plumbing repair work. I have to say I am beyond pleased with what they accomplished. Workers were professional, showed up on time, and nearly finished the entire job in one day. They ended up being short on certain necessary materials, but sent another crew out ASAP to quickly finish the job. On both occasions they left everything behind as clean as it was when they showed up. But the most important part? They beat every other estimate BY A MILE. we started out our recent project by JUST looking for someone to come Demo our carpet so that my husband could do hardwood floors in our upstairs and our stairs. The owner Jose came out to meet us to talk about the demolition price, but his professionalism was so outstanding, and he was so kind, that we asked him to give us a quote for laying the floor as well. We told him our price range, and what we were thinking of doing ourselves. He explained all the different options we had and was very knowledgeable, we knew he would have his guys produce good work, so we hired him. His price was great, especially for the work we saw on his pictures. We went with engineered birch hardwood flooring in a rich color called espresso. His workers were very professional on site! Danny and Jeremy were both here every day working on the demolition and the laying down of the floors. Their work was BEAUTIFUL!!! They are perfectionists at their job and their skill is absolutely astounding. The baseboards are perfection as well. The stairs looked like it might have been the hardest part of the job but again they did a gorgeous job. They even moved all of our heavy furniture. They were very polite, and made sure I knew when they were going to be making loud noise; since i have to work from home, i really appreciated that.
