I am a girl and my german is not so excellent, but I can speak and people can understand me just fine. I explain to him what was wrong and the guy suddenly interrupted me and told me he couldn't give me an appointment because I didn't speak German. I try to tell him that I knew my german wasn't perfect but I could understand everything he was saying and I could speak even if it wasn't perfect. The guy interrupted me again and repeated that he was not going to give an appointment to someone who didn't speak german, that I should tell my "boyfriend" to call for me. This was so rude and not helpful at all!!! I have called several other times to other service lines in Germany and people make an effort to help you. This guy is a misogynous, a jerk and a racist. I bet he isn't even German, because the real german are always kind and helpful. Don't waste your time or money on these people. You can find better services in Berlin. What a douchebag!!

FRAUD!! Sells DEFECTIVE machines!! Read others' reviews on google too…read more Fraud store! Sold me a defective washer, after 3 visits still couldn't fix it. Promised to replace with better machine but gave me another old, beat up machine that made loud noise & stops in the middle of the wash. The 2nd machine they replaced was just a pile of dirt, literally. After my 1st load came out "dirty & brown", I found there is a thick layer of dirt, cat/dog hair in the machine!! I called asking for a refund, showed pictures & videos I took of the defective machineS. First they agreed to refund my money but changed their mind. The owner said he's not interested & that I had already bought the machine then hung up the phone on me. I'm taking legal actions. Don't believe in their warranty. Especially if you are a foreigner they don't give a crap. I have pictures & videos. Contact me & I can send them to you.
