All I have to say is I am so happy I decided to give this restaurant a shot because it was DELICIOUS. We all feasted and drank like Könige. This family owned restaurant tucked away in the city center is a must! Like any other Greek restaurant, Taverna Mykonos is lively decorated with murals and charming music playing in the background. You can't go wrong with any of their appetizers. Whether it's the baked feta, grilled pepperoni or grilled octopus, it's all amazing! I had the grilled squid for my main course and it was perfect! Ok, I'm wearing jeans and a sweatshirt, so i understand. I looked at the menu and found a steak thst looked delicious. It was twice as much as the ecommended meal, but I was looking for quality. After I ordered, he brought me a shot of ouzo. Haven't had this in a while. After the meal, another shot of ouzo found its way to my table. The rump steak was good. It had a garlic butter sauce on top, but otherwise, not as flavorful as I'd prefer. The shining point was the staff. They came to my table several times judt to talk.
