I know there was a lot of pressure on the Spirit Lake florist community as it was a huge funeral. Maybe you ran out of stock. If you didn't have what I asked for, you could have called me. ( a huge piece) anyways... so I talked to the lady and trusted her to do this for me as I do not live there anymore, and she said she would take care of it. So the next day my mom sent me the picture of the DINKY flower arrangement, there were maybe 5 flowers in there and the same small boring 2.00 vase that everyone in America has. I was furious!!! So then 2 weeks later they decided to charge my CC and it ended up being 43.00 !!!! REALLY, let me guess it took 8.00 worth of gas to go 5 blocks!!! ??? she never said anything about delivery, I just assumed that she would counter that with the 35.00???? who knows?? anyways, I will never shop there again, and just go with my gut and get on-line and have them delivered, what my mother received was NOT worth no 43.00....
