They are very competitive in pricing for both their kits and their classes. They are Red Cross certified and that quality shows. They are quite diverse in the classes and kits they offer. They also offer customized kits with customized logos. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. I was always able to have my questions answered and followed up on. If an issue arose, one of the staff is always quick to address the issue and resolve it to my satisfaction. I can't say enough good things. To take standard first aid and CPR C I paid around $130 which is 30 bucks cheaper than what I saw on st. John's ambulance. Signing up for a class is super easy. You search the type of class you want and pick the location and date from what they have available. My class was supposed to be two days, but out of the 5 people that showed up only 2 of us were doing standard. So the teacher asked if we would be willing to stay late and finish it all up in one day. I mean of course! It was great to get it over and saved my Sunday. The teacher, Rita, was funny so learning the material was enjoyable! I definitely felt prepared for the test at the end. Definitely recommend if your looking to take a first aid class for the first time or update your first aid skills.

I was wrong. Instructor Phil Scoates constantly observed and offered positive, practical and constructive coaching to all students regardless of perceived abilities. Humor and companionability put students at ease. Examples and explanations were simple, concise and benefited from an obvious background based on extensive experience in the field.
