I am very happy with my experiences at Delta Gastroenterology. I usually see Mrs. Mary or Doctor Duncan and they are awesome. Very friendly and informative. She takes her time with me and is very understand. The whole office is extremely nice and personably. I have been going here for years. I believe they really care for my health and are thorough. The office is clean and quiet and relaxing. 90% of the time I am seen before or within just a few minutes of my appointment time. My husband also sees them on occasion when needed. I have been a patient at this office for a while, but the wait times have become extremely frustrating. Every single visit, I end up waiting anywhere from two to three hours before I'm seen by the doctor. While I understand that unexpected delays can happen occasionally, this has been the experience at every appointment. The staff is generally courteous, and the doctor may provide good care, but consistently waiting several hours for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. Patients have jobs, families, and other responsibilities, and their time should be valued just as much as the provider's. Not to add the constant changes in staff. I hope the office takes steps to improve its scheduling and reduce these excessive wait times. Until then, anyone considering this practice should be prepared to spend a significant portion of their day waiting. It really is unacceptable. read more

Lobby was nice but room in back was so hot i had to fan myself. Lobby toilet was out of order and the staff wouldn't let me use the other restroom. I got seen about an hour after my appointment ( in that hot room) some staff were nice but some were not. read more

Very unaccommodating, if you call for an appointment due to a health issue, they make you wait for 3 weeks or more, even when you tell them your having issues. read more

Dr. Duncan is extremely caring, and it's important to me that he is a Christian. He stuck with me for quite a while, trying to determine what was causing my puzzling symptoms. My only complaint is that he is so busy, I spend a lot of time in the waiting room before being seen. Though I like all his staff, I make a point of requesting him. read more

I really like Dr. Duncan when I've been able to see him. Usually, a nurse practitioner does the appointment and they've been fine as well. My problem with the practice is their administrative staff. For years, I've had trouble reaching the office, getting a return call, getting a response via the patient portal, etc. I've even had odd things happen at check-in; for example, one time I was told I had a $25 copay. My insurance doesn't have a copay and when I told them that, they just said "oh, okay." Very strange. I'm leaving the practice because I'm concerned that the lack of organization and response from the administrative staff could ultimately cause me a problem - maybe the wrong prescription will be sent in, maybe my chart will get mixed up with someone else's, etc. I'm not taking that chance. read more
