Within days Jimmy came by and did a solid and fair estimate, as well as taking precise, comprehensive measurements. The crew came out a week ahead of schedule (they were in the area and had could squeeze it in - yeah!), and, like an Indy 500 pit crew, each Gutter Guy worked fast but super efficiently, taking down the old attached loose gutters and replacing them with durable covered ones (I got the black - super sharp match for our black trimmed Federal), now seamlessly attached to the eaves. I couldn't be happier with our new Gutter Guys system or with the Gutter Guys service. (And take the discount offered for displaying their sign on your front lawn - one can be proud to recommend and promote this exceptional local franchise).

Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.

From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough.
