I appreciate the help Delta-T has offered me. At a time when I was almost desperate to leave a prior job but was coming up short on prospects. I was contacted by Delta-T and offered a contractor job which wasn't the greatest but it got me out of the crummy job I was stuck in, It gave me more experience and a boost in pay (even if only temporary). This was my first step into the foray of contract work and my contact was (and as of writing this) still is very nice, informative and watchful for potential opportunities for me. She is always quick to respond to my calls, emails and texts when the need arises. Another nice thing as if you leave your interest in finding work open with them if you get an offer you don't like you can refer a friend which will in turn help your referral and your contact. This is the case because the chances are Delta-T is trying to find a position to be filled very quickly. Sorry to hear about what the previous reviewer went through. My time with Delta-T didn't give me any of the problems mentioned. Perhaps they've improved in 5 years. If you're the field of mental/behavioral health and are in a job crevice/unemployed, I'd recommend Delta-T Group. If anything it will get you jumpstarted back into working and worked well for me. read more

I went here 2 weeks ago and got all of my clearances done and was told all that was left was a form they would send me after the appointment. I never got that form and emailed them asking about it. I was ghosted for 2 weeks until they called me asking if I ever got the form. I told them no and that I emailed them about it and they said they "didn't see that." It shouldn't take a business 2 weeks to check back with you after they assured you they'd send out the form that same day and you would be employed within a week. Delta T is horribly managed. The pay is always late and they will give you a host of ridiculous excuses as to why your pay is late. The pay is supposed to be weekly, but it has been almost monthly for me. They also won't tell you that your paycheck didn't go through. You find out yourself way too late when it didn't come in the mail. Then they can't process it until the next week, making it 2-3 weeks late. They offer direct deposit and even though I talked to someone about it, I still have yet to see a check deposited. You have to fax ALL of your paperwork including your work invoices. They have lost my paperwork several times, resulting in late paychecks. I make sure to always keep my fax confirmations for weeks after. You can fax your work from the school but sometimes you need to get it to them right away, and have to pay out of pocket if you don't have a fax machine. You get used to paying double after a while since there's a good chance of them losing your papers. I was promised several different opportunities but they were never brought up again. The employees basically harass me for my availability or whenever they want to contact me (several phone calls, voicemails, and emails). For as much harassing-style communication I have received from them, it always takes them a very long time to get back to me when I have questions regarding my current position, or receiving my paycheck. Every time I call them, no one answers. If you decide to work here, don't stop applying for other jobs. The pay, security, and management is all crap. Interview at other places whenever you can. For me, choosing to work at Delta T was a huge mistake and I imagine it will be that way for you as well. I'm in the process of applying and interviewing at other places. If you have a choice, don't choose Delta T. read more
