We are from Chicago, in Bloomfield visiting family over Easter weekend…read more They happened to have a cancellation and was able to get our 3 golden retrievers in last minute. They were so good with our pups , so patient and kind. They let the dogs sleep together in a play room; gave them treats and toys until it was time for grooming. They even sent me some pics bc one of our dogs was newly adopted and I was worried about him. They reassured me and took special care with all 3. Their grooming looked great too! I will definitely come back if the timing works out next time I'm back down in Sikeston! Thank you to Bailey and the ladies at Ruffcuts!

She also gave me the furever home special i believe is what its called. basically head to toe clean and flea free when done and a full discussion of good to know advise with adopted animals and a goodie bag which was unexpected. One of the worst experiences of my dogs life. They dont bother to tell you that the "groomer" has…read moreno experience and is practicing on your pet. I sent my 2 dogs in, my female came out with cuts on all 4 feet,a cut on her tail.The groom was not even complete, a blind person would have done a better job. My male had his lower eye lid cut and almost as bad of a "Groom". They might be qualified to clean up after dogs, but they should not be allowed near an animal with anything sharp.. You have been warned...And shame on tractor supply for owning them...
