They have a lovely buffet for breakfast and there were lots of options including an omelet station and waffles. My husband and I aren't fans of buffets under normal circumstances but we were given free breakfast by the hotel so we figured, why not? We came down for Saturday breakfast buffet and scored a very nice booth right across from the buffet area. Our friendly waitress immediately brought coffee and juice and checked on us throughout the meal and removed the plates, etc. She was a sweetheart. She even brought me a mug to include in my instagram pic that said "Guest House at Graceland" while I was taking pics of my guitar waffles, lol. The choices are great - they had eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy all warm in the warming station. They also had a waffle bar and omelette bar you could order made fresh for you. My husband had a HUGE omelette and enjoyed it. The waffle was good and had a guitar in the center. They had a side bar with fresh fruits, yogurt, parfait and cereal and milk. The food was very good, warm, fresh and constantly being refilled. Inside seating is nice, tabletop was nice, and the decor is nice. It was very clean. I ordered the fried chicken dinner tonight and substituted mashed potatoes and asparagus for the mac n cheese and southern green beans just due to preference. It was three large, boneless pieces of deep fried chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked and not dry - it was delicious. The mashed potatoes were good as was the asparagus. The biscuit that came with it was perfectly baked. The whole plate was lightly covered in a hot (spicy) honey, but it was not too much. Just right. I would certainly order and recommend this plate if you have a want for good, Southern Fried Chicken. read more

Delta's Kitchen is located in The Guesthouse at Graceland, which is very convenient if you're staying in the hotel. But man, you pay for the convenience. More on that in a minute... They offer a very nice breakfast buffet that includes all the usual meats (pork sausage links, bacon, turkey sausage), scrambled eggs, grits, biscuits, and potatoes. There's also an impressive omelette bar and a separate fruit, pastry section. Service is good, very helpful. The bad news: it's $29/person, which IMO is slightly steep, especially for the food options and quality. Also, the potatoes on the bar were 50% bell peppers and onions and when we walked out, we all reeked of onion smell. It was so bad, we had to change clothes. So, if you're staying at The Guesthouse and touring Graceland that morning, then yes, it's convenient for breakfast because there aren't many options close by. But tomorrow when we check out, we'll find another place for breakfast that's not $60+ per couple. read more

The facility as a whole is quite fun to be in. The professionalism of the host was wonderful. I certainly appreciate that. The dining, decor and environment as a whole was pretty good. We arrived for dinner. Bread with fruity butter complementary. Wine, NY Strip and shrimp and grits was ordered. Food took a while but server advised the steak was the reason for the delay. All was very well seasoned. The steak was well and rare at the same time. (We weren't going to waste it). There was a couple dining across from us thoroughly enjoying their interaction with their server. There was lots of giggles, back passes with even a back pinch at one point. We recently stayed at the Guest House and ate both dinner and breakfast at Delta's. Breakfast is buffet style that includes an omelette station, a waffle station, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit and so much more. It is $25 per person for all you can eat and our coffee and tea was included in that price. I have to admit I was surprised at how good the food was. We had a very friendly and attentive waitress during our meal as well. When we went for dinner, the restaurant was empty aside from one other table. Our waitress seem to still be in training but was friendly and attentive. We ordered the chicken and waffles dish and it was delicious. You got a lot of food for your money. My husband and I had buffet breakfast at Delta's Kitchen as they were not offering menu ordering. Buffet was $25 person so it was disappointing that we had no other sit down options. The food was average but what unnerved me was the terrible service. I was very anxious to ask for sugar, creamer, more coffee because our server's reaction made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. There was a waffle and omelet area but there was nobody making food there so I stood for a while until someone finally asked me if I was waiting for food. They yelled into the kitchen for someone and when the woman came out it was clear that she was not happy to have to serve me. She was rude and abrupt and appeared extremely annoyed to have to do her job. We rarely saw our server so I had to ask the manager for ketchup. It was difficult to get a second cup of coffee again due to the scarcity of our server and when I requested coffee for my husband who was at the buffet, I was told that he would get more once he sat down. I only asked because alI knew it would be difficult to find her again and my husband prefers his coffee to sit a bit. We did see a different server that was very attentive to his tables so want to make it a point to identify one person who appeared to be providing good customer service. read more

We had an amazing dinner at Delta's Kitchen. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. I ordered the short ribs which were so tender you could cut with a fork. My husband had the prime rib. He said it was the tastiest prime rib he ever had. Highly recommend Delta's Kitchen for dinner but not so much for breakfast as our breakfast the next morning was horrible. Great restaurant located inside the Guesthouse at Graceland hotel with friendly staff and a nice romantic/professional decor. In the morning they do a breakfast buffet and the evening is dinner service (no buffet) we were able to enjoy both setups during our stay and all the food was delicious. Breakfast: my wife ordered the King pancakes from the available menu and they were fit for a king as big as her she could barely finish half but they were delicious, I enjoyed various offering from the buffet all were equally delicious. Dinner: I tried the Cajun Pasta which was good, a little on the greasy side but nothing crazy it came with a huge slice of garlic bread which was delicious as well, my wife had the chicken and she enjoyed it. The breakfast i had was the same hotel breakfast buffet I've eaten a hundred times traveling. Watery eggs, limp bacon all congealed together into a single mass, pasty grits, a weak assembly of fruit and cereal and a tray that always seems to be missing whatever was there before i got there. OMG! We shared 3 small plates and it was amazing! I couldn't eat it all but it's in the fridge for a midnight snack.

Absolutely surprised by the quality of food and exceptional service. It was a very busy night with a bus trip but the staff found a spot for us. Our server was busy so the manager was our gal until he was free. We shared the wedge salad, the pork chop and a piece of bourbon pecan pie. Wedge salad -the dressing might turn you away because it's not traditional but give it a try( we did and liked it. Pork chop-- a glazed crunch protected a moist, perfectly grilled center. Served with a southern mash of sweet potatoes but not too sweet --just the right mix of cinnamon. The Brussels sprouts were steamed to perfection. I wanted to like Delta's more but there are too many issues to give more than 2 stars. We stayed at the Guest House in March of 2022 while on spring break. The entire hotel seemed to be short on staff. I don't know if this is due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I know a lot of places have had staffing shortages due to this. But, if you can't properly staff the restaurant maybe it's a smart idea to not open the restaurant. There's not much else nearby if you don't want fast food, so we were kind of a captive audience. We had the breakfast buffet twice, which was good, but frustrating. To begin, a number of the dishes were empty for a very long time. We learned from a manager that is due to the kitchen only having one chef working. So, if someone ordered off the menu (in lieu of the buffet) the chef would stop preparing buffet items and then get that order out. This also lead to significant delays in getting omelets or waffles done, because they send both of those items to the back to be prepared rather than preparing them on the line. There was a lot of fresh fruit and stuff to make yogurt parfaits which were good. The price was definitely out of line when you consider the delays and lack of items. I believe it was around $25 per person before tax and tip. But, like I said above, you are a captive audience so if you want breakfast there's not many options nearby. On our last night there we had dinner elsewhere but decided we wanted a couple of slices of pie to take up to the room. So, I called down and asked how long it would be and was told it would be very quick since the pies are already made. So, I went down to the restaurant and then proceeded to wait over 20 minutes after I ordered. Again, I am guessing this is due to staffing shortages. Once they work these issues out it may be better, but were I to stay at the Guest House again I don't think I'd rely on Delta's Kitchen for meals based on our 3 experiences at the restaurant during our stay. read more

I have one word: Yay! Delta's Kitchen is the answer to the absence of a fine dining establishment in the vicinity of Elvis' Graceland. It's not too pricey, and the menu has something for everyone. Our server says their emphasis is Southern Delta cuisine and boy do they do it well. I feel safe saying they have the best crab cakes in all of Memphis. I would have appreciated blue cheese dressing for my wedge salad with blue cheese crumbles, but the ranch dressing was okay. The person sitting across from me eating the lamb chops said, "This meal is giving me life." This restaurant will only get better with time! read more

We loved eating at Delta's Kitchen! The staff and the food were both amazing! We loved the breakfast buffet! My best friend is picky in regards to southern cuisine such as grits and biscuits! She loved the grits and the biscuits! She even went back for seconds! Outstanding and delicious breakfast! We also loved the fluffy buttermilk waffles with the guitar on them! We enjoyed our breakfast so much that we returned for dinner! Again, the staff was very friendly and kind (we especially enjoyed talking to Cynthia). The salmon dinner was perfectly cooked and so was my daughter's pasta. We are from California so we can be a bit finicky and spoiled! We went to Graceland last weekend, March 30-April 2 and had a great time. I read a lot of not so good reviews about Delta's Kitchen so I was hesitant to try it. Do yourself a favor and ignore the negative reviews. This place is amazing. Chef Mario Torres is fantastic and very personable. He came out and spoke to each guest at every table to make sure their meal met their satisfaction. We had dinner one night and breakfast the next morning. Everything was very fresh and well flavored. The staff was very friendly and aimed to please the guests. Delta's Kitchen gets a two-thumbs up from our family. read more

I was actually surprised that the Guest House is new, contemporary, bright and airy, and not full of Elvis Presley kitsch. It looks like Priscilla Presley had a tasteful hand in this. Unfortunately, Delta's breakfast buffet was uninspired and featured very typical, standard hotel offerings: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, and a pineapple/melon fruit assortment. Except for the grits, biscuits & gravy and the restaurant name, you'd never know you're in the South or a Southern restaurant. Maybe the name is for Delta Airlines Kitchen. Not recommended to go here. Food was mediocre. Asked for decaf coffee and they told us after 15 min they don't have decaf coffee. We asked for a spoon for the soup and never received it. My wine had a fly in it - I was told they can't control bugs but they gave me a new one. Steak tips were well done and we asked for medium. Salmon and 1 salad came 10 min after all the other meals. We had our Easter brunch in the restaurant at the Graceland "Guesthouse" hotel. It was sort of a last minute reservation, but it all worked out. Elegant but not stuffy or pretentious, the dining room is open for Breakfast / Lunch / & Dinner / My Server Belinda was formerly @ Seasons 52. The Executive Chef was brought in from Boston. The other chefs & servers are Memphians ~ Elvis would approve. The Prime Beef was exactly that:: so tender & perfectly seasoned. Delta's Steak Sauce was served on the plate. Knowing that it's unacceptable to pour steak sauce on a fine Filet, I just had to sample the sauce. I was amazed @ how delicious it was & that it actually complemented the beef. Experiment & learn something new. Biscuits were light & fluffy & asparagus was tender & seasoned, not blanched & bland. Ambiance was quiet elegance. The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was $12 and consisted of 3 small shrimp, one of which was missing bacon. We each paid $35 for the scallop dinner, which was LITERALLY 4 small scallops on top of some type of purée that was so sparse it was barely there, with two cherry tomatoes cut in half. The service was terrible, the manager kept telling everyone it was his last night as he scurried around trying to make up for the understaffed Friday night. We won't ever do this again. read more

Crab cakes were a little small but the salmo dish I had as an entree was a good sized portion. It took longer than it should have to get seated since the place was empty but the service once seated was excellent. I even had dessert which is rare for me.
