Great service. Seems very honest with the pricing they gave me. No hidden fees like other local shipping stores. Once I got to the store, they weighed my box, opened it up and we took inventory of the items inside for record so nothing is stolen and everything is accounted for upon arrival. We had to take out the cell phone that was inside one of my boxes. They said that they had to ship that separately, I declined due to the cost of shipping the cell phone separately. $3.00/lb to Sai Gon for my 12lb package. $3.50/lb to Quang Nam for my 81lb package. I have been to quite a few cargo shipping places in Bolsa. One of them lost my package, the others are very rude, poor customer service. I searched on Yelp and decoded to give Deluxe Cargo a try with the ass It's very rare to see a good customer service at an Asian place or store, especially in Bolsa. They are very nice and friendly. They inspected and listed my packaged throughly. No hidden fee charged. I weighted my package at home, 12lbs. And it's the same when they weighted my package. Highly recommended!!! read more

I just called and asked for more details about their service since I saw a lot of good reviews below. The man whom picked up sounds like he just woke up, he said the store is closed until April 15th and replied to my questions in the most annoying tone ( lol I'm sorry, I don't know you guys are close and why would you even pick up the phone if your store is closed? ) . Then I asked would there be any additional fee (custom fee, etc) he said just wait until that day and hung up.If you are in a bad mood don't pick up the phone, I'm literally trying to give you guys a business. I live all the way in Florida and I don't know about you guys lockdown rule. I checked online and I saw you guys still open, so I called. You guys should first change your open status on google then be annoyed at customer . the people who run this company are thieves! stay away from them! on december 4th, 2016 i went to this company to ship a box of items to vietnam. the owners took everything from the box, and scrutinized every item that was in the box very carefully, paying particular attention to the expensive cosmetics and beauty products. on december 14th, 2016 my girlfriend in vietnam received the box. almost all of the expensive cosmetics and beauty products were missing. and some had been exchanged for fake "made in china" products. for example: loreal, revlon, and maybeline lip sticks and nail polish were replaced with fake "made in china" ones. there were two packs of very expensive "opi" nail polish. each pack had 16 bottles inside. they stole both packs, and replaced them with fake "made in china" opi nail polish. the fake opi nail polish were in completely different boxes, and each box only had ten bottles, unlike my opi packs, which had 16 bottles in each pack. two bottles of acne facial wash, two tubes of tooth whitening tooth paste, 13 packs of tooth whiteners, two very expensive justin beiber tooth brushes with music player inside, 3 packs of make up brushes with 3 make up brush in each pack, one tooth brush, 4 expensive bottles of weight loss supplements, 2 bottles of expensive organic facial toners, 8 wet and wild lip sticks, all of these were taken from my box. that is in addition to the two boxes of opi nail polish that were stolen. to add insult to injury, i paid these people $189.25 to ship this box to vietnam. they are criminals and thieves. vietnamese people are some of the most dishonest and evil people i have ever encountered. they have no moral or ethical values. they steal from their families, friends, and neighbors. i highly recommend paying a bit more money by using the us postal service, and avoiding the stress, agony, and huge financial loss that you will take if you do business with vietnamese companies. my advice! do not do business with any vietnamese companies of individuals. dishonesty is in their dna. stay away from them! read more
