I really was looking for my dream home . And I had a feeling when I saw the floor plan I would know. We weren't interested in a fixer upper since Sam is not into renovating. So, new construction was the route we were taking. We looked at a few communities in Parkland where we used to live but nothing stood out. Boynton was never on our list of cities to check out. However, our realtor wanted to show us this model because it had a three car garage which was a major point on our list, it was near the turnpike and it had a loft style setting upstairs etc. And oh boy, did GL homes make a great model home. I knew it the minute I saw it that this is the builder we needed to get our house made from. GL homes is considered #1 builder in south Florida, they have developed many communities in the area. They have been a pleasure to work with and pick all the options with. Few more months and the house will be complete, and I will update this review. I can not wait.~

I helped my son buy a home in Canyon Springs. He is the third owner. The floor tiles are buckling…read moreup, moving and some are cracking. Their neighbor is having the same issue. GL homes sent a contractor to the neighbors house to fix there tiles free of charge. My son had to pay over $2000 the first time to get the tiles fixed but each time another section of the floor comes loose or cracks & needs to be repaired it's an additional $400 plus. GL homes knows that the original contractor who put down those floors did not do a good job. GL homes refers another contractor to fix the repairs. They pick and choose who they want to help with this issue. The seller disclosure at the time of sale did not have this listed as an issue. The seller also had to have some tiles fixed and why was this not disclosed? GL homes is a big Home builder in southern Florida. Their homes are very nice. I feel that if you were aware of an issue like this you would fix all the homes that are having a problem with the tiles

My mother found the check and called Stephanie asking her how to proceed since the check was made out to him. In her grief she didn't know any better and probably should have consulted an attorney but she trusted Stephanie when Stephanie told her to mail it back to her office, and that she would immediately re-issue the check to my mother - who is the estate holder. That was ONE YEAR AGO. My sisters and I have called Stephanie numerous times and every time we call she says, "Oh ... it's on my desk, I'm sending it right now." Liar. My mother has not yet received it. Our congressman's office told us that Stephanie, as a professional, would have known that all my mother would need to do is sign the back and deposit it. My mother never needed to send that check back to Stephanie, and Stephanie knew that very well when she took advantage of my mothers grief and confusion after the passing of her husband. My mother is tired of waiting. We have contacted our state officials and police department in Florida and we're going to file a complaint against Stephanie formally. And if we have to contract an attorney to sue her we will do that. But in the meantime just know that you should not trust someone who KEEPS money THAT BELONGS TO OTHER PEOPLE, especially our most vulnerable citizens. Shame on you All About Closing, Inc, refusing to give a widow her money, and ignoring calls from her and her daughters to pay her the money you owe her. You are unethical for keeping money that is not yours. Give Mrs. Rusciano her funds, Stephanie. You lied to her so you could keep that money for yourself.

I truly loved living at Casa Costa, but once I purchased a home and started the move out process,…read morethe nightmare began. Caution-reserving the elevator means you are no longer a resident, and your access will be cut off. I suggested a simple phone call or email be sent asking if it was a complete or partial moveout. No one asked they only assumed. That is only the beginning. They have new moveout rules and require an official check or money order made out to Casa Costa Condo Association. Most people know that once you have a money order made out to someone you, yourself cannot cash it. After my "partial" move out, I was given my money order back. I said I couldn't do anything with this. They suggested I go to the bank and Publix and try to cash it. I'm speechless at this point. Off to the bank I go and then to Publix to receive the same info I already knew-ONLY the recipient can cash the check. So after contacting Castle Management Group, I was told to send an email with my forwarding address and drop off the money order. They would then mail me the elevator reservation check. I did. About a month later I receive a check for the association deposit refund for 1K, not the 500 moveout check. Here's where it gets awful- Cause they ASSUMED my elevator reservation was a "complete" moveout they sent the 1k check and turned off all access to the building. I was locked out of the garage and building for 7 CALENDAR DAYS!!!! I called and emailed, and it got nasty. They then sent an email saying they were NOT going to deal with me cause I was no longer a resident. Which I was for another three weeks!!!! At this point, my hands are tied cause they owe me money. I then contacted the better business bureau and Castle Mgmt Group in Plantation and spoke to Hope. She was delightful and asked me why no one called me and asked if I was totally out or not. I said good question-you tell me?? She had my 500 moveout check overnighted to me. I received it five weeks after I moved out. In all, I wish this pain and stress on no one, not even someone I dislike. It was a living hell. I caution you- the move out procedure is the worst I have ever experienced. One simple phone call, asking me if I was entirely out or not would have saved everyone this awful experience.

We ended up paying all closing fees and open permit that was not cot the first time we bought from Mr. Craig. The buyer was the all might king of this sale what ever he said went. Deering the showing of the house the buyer and his realtor came and my husband and our agent came Stacey Peleg, she got out of her car and greeted everyone than got back in her car and wait unit they where done showing the house. There was only one time we seen our realtor, that was at the very being of the sale, and the walk though. No sign in the yard. No realtor there for pest inspection. The buyer was VA well gov closing down delayed every thing. My PODS and reschedule fees where not taken care of by the buy. The buyer only ok 1000.00. I have lost so much money on this sale. I would not do it again. All our communication was text from Stacey or Craig unless My husband or I called them. Just unreal. Our realtors from the house we where buying in a different county even called and help with this disaster. Now Mr. Peleg you can get mad and fire off a bunch of realtor Jaren but we all no this was not right. Went to pick up stuff we keep at a friends house across the street from the house we sold and low and behold the man had over 1500.00 of concert statues he was having put it. but could not reimbues us for the ungodly moving exp due to reschedule because he didn't have all his papers. Poor poor management from our realtors. But in the end they got there money...

Client waited in the lobby for two hours after the scheduled appointment and nobody even checked on him. Having to resend docs several times. Stay away and save yourself some stress. Their prices are not cheap either and they don't do wire same day pays like most other companies do. Would not use again.
