Will scam you and not return your deposit. They sent fake wire confirmations. Need deal with this company they will rip you off.

This Realtor Name Pamela Cordova is so unprofessional and lacks a lot of knowledge and accountability , we ask her to help us get this apartment and she barely show interest in helping us and lack all the knowledge necessary to even help us out in the application for the condo , mind you we told her that it was our first time getting an apartment and that we were willing to pay her for the help and she refuse , we end up messing up the application because she forgot to ad an important detail and when we receive the email back we confront her , she dismiss it as that she wasn't the one to be blame because she wasn't getting any money out of it , we end out loosing our money , dont use this realtor. read more

If you move out make sure your unit is PERFECT, they will charge you for anything they can. Even if the inspector does not mention it on the move out they WILL take it out of your security. Had I known the way they conduct business I would have easily waited another year to move to avoid them. i would give 0 stars if i could. i made this page as a warning to anyone in miami dade county or broward. These people are licensed but i don't know what they are doing beyond that..they are so unprofessional unreliable and disorganized at their jobs. everyone answers different lines IF they answer (usually after calling 25 times) then someone new emails me telling me i need to wire them payment to get my keys overnighted...the landlord ariel giglio is scamming in some way w money...they didn't take any money from me yet but i refuse to have them as my landlord as it would be a year of being ignored disrespected and confused because they can never get anything straight. of course this is alright too bc they continuously told me they are okay with cancelling with me.....they don't care to rent this place out so what are they doing? they gave me 3 different contacts before my realtor found the contact of the HOA for one of their units. Do not rent with this company and beware if you do. look up their reviews on google by searching "deluxe realty coconut creek" it will come up with the same number and slightly different address but the WORST google reviews ever. i had a bad feeling wen i started working with them and i wish i saw those reviews earlier.... read more

If you plan to rent from this company named Deluxe Rialtor, beware this are the most deceiving people you can encounter. When you move out, they will try everything in their power to keep your money, fortunately for me, I was able to hired a lawyer to get my deposit back. They will not do the walkthrough with you, so they can say whatever they want and charge you a crazy amount of money for fake repairs. Beware of this people that's all I said. read more
