After two hours he still had not run the system.He Seemed to work from a check list.and fill Out a report. Finally system ran and the price for cleaning double what I was used to. I was interested in a programmable thermostat to be installed and asked for a quote and recommendation on parts and time. His partner clearly did not know the difference between a volt and an amp and tried to tell me my circuit breaker for the furnace was not adequate which is totally wrong according to my electrician. His report on my furnace said something about a water switch. I have no water with my furnace. The estimate was $900 no details. For the installed thermostat. I called for explanation and was told to reply to their text which says do not reply!! Found someone who came out next day and charged me $300 for thermostat but said my furnace did not look like it had been serviced . In fact when he started it up it kept shutting down and he had to bleed everything. Terrible experience. Not worth saving a few dollars on oil for complete aggravation

Foster today…read more After getting extremely faint whiffs of propane around the home I recently purchased (others couldn't smell it at all), I finally called today, simply to ask some questions about it. I am financially struggling right now, so I was hesitant to have them come out in case I was imagining it. The smell really was that faint. I spoke to Jared, asked my questions, and he picked up on how stressed out I was about it right away. He was compassionate with my situation, explained the process, what the billing would look like (less than I thought!), and explained how important it is to trust your gut when it comes to propane. So, I had them come out and I'm so glad I did. They found multiple small leaks in the line to my water heater and also discovered that the previous owners used the wrong regulator when they did a DIY conversion from an oil to a propane furnace. They do not deliver to remote areas after about 1 October. I stopped using RH because I need new 100 gallon propane tanks and theirs were twice as expensive as a competitor in Hermon.
