Its next to Meiers Lake, which was nice. The inside has lots of different things, which was unusual, given its size. There was a restaurant, a bar, a gift shop and another area that had a lot of antiques on display. It was interesting wandering around, seeing all the old stuff. I believe they also had a gas station. Regardless, we liked our ice cream and would stop here again when making the long drive down from Fairbanks.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the food was delicious. I went fishing in the lake right my the rooms and one of the staff members offered his personal lures. We were also allowed to take their canoe out to the middle of the lake. The staff also gave us a few hiking trails we could walk and the one behind the rooms was very nice. The rooms were very nice. They had a twin and a queen bed in every room. They have a TV and many outlets available. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The only problem is that the bathroom only has a wall separating it from the rooms. The food at the restaurant was all homemade and delicious! The portions were large and perfect for sharing. The burgers are amazing and so was the beef stew.
