Kristina Beavers Law and Greg provided me with the most impeccable, expedient, attentive,…read moreeffective, and compassionate legal services during the TOUGHEST two years of my life. They were crucial over these past two years resulting in outstanding outcomes. I went through a whirlwind romance that quickly led to proposing and a quick marriage due to his religious beliefs. He had quite the resume and was had seniority i the military with vast responsibilities. Yet, he was detained during our honeymoon in a psychiatric facility after he publicly made threats. Upon his release, he stated all of the money I spent during his time at a psychiatric facility during the honeymoon was not mine--it was his money now. This, even though he made more than twice my income, was living in my home with me and my children. I immediately contacted Beavers Law for a Postnuptial agreement to protect my finances that I had prior to our marriage. There was no way I could allow him to take over my bank accounts and leave my daughters and me with no funds. Mrs. Beavers made an ironclad Postnuptial agreement almost 2 years ago which served me greatly TODAY my Divorce Day. My marriage was horrific. I made the horrible choice of being separated and living in the same house, even after both of my teenage daughters moved out seeing it wasn't going to get better. I rationalized with myself that it would only be until the lease we signed expired. He accused me of biting him, after he bashed my head into the concrete floor on the patio. I was arrested because I wouldn't tell the police what actually happened and had not pressed charges the previous three times he physically assaulted me. I finally pressed charges against him after I was arrested and could have lost my career or my life. I filed for divorce through Kristina Beavers and since she prepared such an iron clad Post-Nup, he was not entitled to a dime of the money I had. Mrs. Beavers and Greg warned me a year earlier during the drafting of the Postnuptial agreement that I should have been signing other paperwork; I wish I would've taken their advice. They still took me in with open arms when I did not take heed their counsel, and they fought for me harder than I could have ever imagined in preparation for my court hearing. They spent endless hours working on the most minute details. Just think of how your mother and your father would fight for you! That is exactly what they did for me, and I cannot ever thank them enough! They were also great at protecting my children and me concerning our Rental Rights. At the beginning of COVID I was a Cardiac Nurse working with patients who could die from COVID. The homeowner's realtor stated she could bring potential buyers constantly into the immaculately kept home I was renting and the lease was no where near the expiration. She gave 24hr notice but it didn't matter the time or frequency. It was a CONSTANT, and her arrogance and persistence put me, my daughters and my patients at an unacceptable risk. Greg provided me with a letter addressed to the realtor outlining my rights which resulted in the BEST outcome possible for my children and me. If you have any reservations about having this lawyer represent you, please feel free to contact me. Mrs. Beavers & Greg... if you're reading this... I can NEVER thank you enough! Thank you for taking care of me and my girls!!!! We are living our best lives BECAUSE of YOU!

Although Attorney Kristina Beavers was assigned to our custody case by the courts, I could not…read morehonestly say I could ever recommend her as a GAL to anyone. Our experience was very negative compared to our previous experience with a different GAL who was a delight to work with four years prior. We were not offered a questionnaire prior to the appointment to review and she did not accumulate all the needed background information during our meeting which affected her final recommendations and suggestions adversely. She actually had to call and ask for pertinent info the day before court to complete her report that should have been gathered during our first meeting weeks prior. She did not contact our attorney prior to court as she promised to do twice. She was completely unprofessional and disrespectful more than once making inappropriate accusatory remarks that were untrue based solely on perception and assumptions. I felt bullied by her intimidating oral communication. Unfortunately, the worst part of the experience was she was obviously biased from the start which prevented her from getting a clear, accurate background on the situation and court order that was in place. Her bias prevented her from gathering important details and being open to another perspective in a very complicated and unique situation. She spent most of the limited time on my relationship with the child's parent rather than on the concerns of the child which she was assigned to represent. It is so disappointing to think I will be forced to pay for these services.

Review for Attorney David Scott Dildy:…read more On December 17th, 2025, in court room 5B, at 0900, both parties were waiting in their respective places in the court room, with the bailiff present. The judge had not yet come into the court room. Mr. Dildy and the GAL (***) were talking across the room to each other about traveling to France and speaking French. Mr. Dildy said out loud, across the court room (Ms. *** was seated in the jury box), "Do you know why the French plant trees on both sides of the road"? Everyone in the room stopped and looked at Mr. Dildy. He proceeded to say, "so the Germans can march in the shade". Attorney *** and Dildy exchanged laughter at the punch line of the statement. This comment is extremely offensive to us since we are of German heritage. My family immigrated from Germany right before the war- I have an uncle who was made to fight for the Americans against his own family in Germany. He came back to the US after the war to commit suicide over the atrocities of war. Our ties to our German Heritage and Jewish family and friends will never find this type of oppressive language acceptable and for the court to allow an officer of the court to do so is NOT ACCEPTABLE. The loss of millions of lives is NOTHING to laugh about. There is absolutely NO humor in the loss of millions of lives. Our last name is an obvious German name. Why is this acceptable? Do you have an anti-Semitic officer of the court? Mr. David Dildy needs to be held accountable for his actions and the commonwealth of Virginia needs to ensure he attend and have documented unconscious bias counseling. I could not speak against this inappropriate language as I felt it would harm our son and generate repercussions against his case. There were multiple witnesses to the exchange. I'm sure the cameras in the court room recorded the exchange as well. We did not feel safe in that court room. If this officer of the court has this bias, is the rest of the Norfolk Va, judicial system like this? Our liberty was taken from us- we didn't feel free to speak against such inappropriate language. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY!

Because of her skill, I can finally exhale, knowing that I have a healthy situation for my child and financial security that I didn't think was achievable. She always put me at ease when we talked, even when I felt like things were really tough. Her assistant was also amazing and so caring. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for great and caring representation.
