Selling the house was part of wrapping up a divorce, and Melissa had been explicitly instructed to run any offers, price changes, etc., by both my ex-husband and me more than once (all three of us meeting, in person). The price dropped and dropped and dropped, but it was so stale it didn't really matter. She presented an offer after the looong nine months to only my ex, who countered. I called her and again expressed that my signature was required to sell the house and she needed my approval, so please involve me in the sale of my house before calling a buyer's realtor. She and my ex accepted the next offer, again without contacting me. Had I been a jerk, I could have shown up to the closing and refused to sign, since I'd never agreed to a single term of the sale and had signed nothing accepting any part of the deal. I'd never deal with her as a buyer (in case the next person in the same seller position decides not to sign), or as a seller since she'd proved untrustworthy.

We are selling our house on forsalebyowner.com, and received a call from Mr. Pryor asking us to show our house to his client. We were already under contract with a contingency, and informed him we would not take any offers with contingencies. He showed up to our house unannouced with his clients when we were not home, called us and made it sound like our fault! Then he promptly rescheduled for the following day, AND WAS A NO SHOW! He is not serious, and suspect he did this to waste our time. We have a 9 week old infant, and cleaning the house for multiple showings is hard work. I will personally make sure he does not get business in this town. I will not sell my house to any of his clients, nor deal with anyone from his agency. He is disrespectful of people's time and money.
