There is no doubt the place has the facilities huuuuge screen, pop ups bars, food stands and very obvious sponsorship for Kia. What is lacked on the evening I was there was people and therefore any atmosphere. When I left at half time, about 30 England fans and probably 200 french fans intersperced with a quite a few more Swedes and Ukrainians waiting for the later game. Note: Don't try and take any drinks or food with you. They take it away at the gate (and give you a very vigorous search!).
