I used Breite fruit group to sign up upon becoming a senior, however when my insurance carrier went bankrupt recently, I was notified by Breitenfeldt along with one alternative plan complete with signature pages marked for signing, NOT 2 or 3 to review or discuss. First red flag. I called them to request 2 more options to review in later October 2025 upon receiving this packet, and was told after making this request and being transferred to who I thought was a supervisor or agent that "we do not do that; the vendors only send us a few copies so we cannot give you anything else" . So I asked if the had copy machines available to them and she said yes, but still she declined to provide me with any additional options. I was then told that she, the person I had been transferred to was an appointment maker and so then I asked to speak with an agent which was declined as they were all busy . I then asked when was the earliest appointment available to speak with an agent and was told December 11th, and since it was later October 2025 I verified with her the current date and asked why was that the earliest appointment and she replied " My supervisor told me to set Ucare clients in December " . So there were other unprofessional and unbelievable things said by this appointment setter but this gives you the main talking points. I promptly set up an appointment with another company and reviewed 3 possible options and signed up for it BEFORE the last day of October 2025.
