At my most recent appointment I noticed that I seemed to be waiting longer than normal but I didn't have any other place to be and was deep into a magazine article. And, after all, a bit of a wait 1 time in at least 60 visits isn't bad. Less than a week after the appointment, the practice sent me a restaurant gift card and an apology for the wait.
