We live in an HOA and they actually completed all of the necessary paperwork that we needed for approval of the fence. We needed a few customizations and they complied without any major costs. I am only providing four stars as I do think there was an issue when we first was working with them to obtain answers pertaining to pricing and etc. once we finally obtained assistance, all was well. On the date of install the forman stated he saw the irrigation system and that it wasn't mapped out. He started the job and notified me AFTER they punctured the system in ELEVEN places. I was rudely told the responsibility is my because I signed the contract. Would it have hurt to have mentioned IRRIGATION prior to starting the project? The contract mentioned UTILITIES. I didn't think of irrigation as such. Please have your irrigation system mapped out to avoid paying for a fence AND new irrigation!

I complained to my warranty company and then Delmarva called back saying the repairman would be here today....10/10. He never showed and then I got an email saying they backed out of the job. My tub faucet is in pieces all over my bathroom. I have been without the use of my bathroom tub/ shower since last Thursday with no repair in sight.
