Whenever we are headed home to Las Vegas from California, we stop at this Denny's location. They have some of the most friendliest waitresses. However, on this detour home we had Mary Anne as our waitress and she was amazing. Very friendly and she made sure our that's drinks we're always refilled and that we have plenty of condiments. She let us know about the Denny's reward program, which we signed up for and even offered us desert but we had to pass it up because we were to full. The food was hot and our order came out super fast. Everyone was happy and we left with full belly's! We will be back next time. read more

We were very disappointed after a late-night meal here. Diane had no problem with her Build Your Own Slam of 2 Scrambled Eggs, 2 Hash Browns, and 2 Buttermilk Pancakes. But my Build Your Own Slam of 2 Scrambled Eggs, 2 Turkey Bacon strips, Hash Browns, and 2 Blueberry Pancakes plus toasted Sourdough Bread arrived with Buttermilk Pancakes instead of the Blueberry variety. A Bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup was hot and good, but did not taste homemade. And now, besides butter, only Smucker's Honey is available here to apply to bread. Various types of jelly were supplied in the not too distant past, and if Smucker's Honey can still be provided, it stands to reason that Smucker's jelly products could also be ordered by the restaurant and made available to customers. To add insult to injury, our waitress said that she took the blueberries off our check. I did not examine it carefully enough before paying the bill. But after I arrived home in Redlands, I noticed that we were charged $1.19 extra for added blueberries. The sum may be insignificant but no diner should have to pay anything for food that was never provided. X-1/2 stars overall! read more

Love stopping here with the family on our way to LV. Denny's always feels nostalgic. The food is decent, but we keep coming back because the staff provides such great service. Horrible - I asked for the fried chicken gravy on the side. nope. They put gravy on it. Chicken came in - looked nice & hot but OMG it was sooo salty. The potatoes were Salty and soggy. The gravy looked like snot. There was only 1 cook and the manager was doing all the serving. It was Tues night - half empty - but wow - maybe that's why - their food in this Dennys at Barstow is downright nasty. read more

Made a pit stop here with my coworker for breakfast on our way to Vegas and we're serviced immediately. The dennys is located inside the gas's station so it's a little noisy but what I don't understand is why it's so damn cold inside that building. I could not enjoy my food because it went from hot to cold in what felt like seconds. My coffee was never hot I need to have the girl add hot water to make sure it would stay warm. The Hubby and I came here to eat since we stopped next door to stay for the night. It was quiet and laid back. He wanted the bourbon burger and I just wanted bacon!!! We placed a mobile order for pick up. They called us but, I missed the call. I called back and Barbara answered. She was very nice and friendly. They called to let us know they were out of beef. So we substituted for grilled chicken and it was moist and not dry. My husband said it was good to him. I loved the onion rings they were crispy and not too hard. I appreciated that they were right next door to the hotel and open late night. I was hungry and forgot to take pictures sorry. We will order again if in this area. read more

However, the potatoes were great. No I didn't let Alyssa know because I didn't want to be that one customer to complain. Other than that. Everything else was good.
