Great hearty breakfasts and very friendly service. I had breakfast here with two very picky girls. After breakfast both girls were very happy with their meals. Had the worst experience here after taking my mother to a doctor appointment. We ordered at 11:43am. It was not busy whatsoever, however it took 44 MINUTES for us to receive our order, which was omelettes. Waitress with the foreign accent had such a terrible attitude, complaining any time another table tried to get her attention. Food was cold when we got it too. Everyone's food was. Even being almost the only customers in the entire restaurant. It took 10 minutes to greet us. Once sat, the booth and surrounding area was dirty. I feel bad writing this... but giving a bad review because me and my oldest child (3) got food poisoning. We had the same hamburger meat and sampler platter and absolutely woke up 6 am puking after Dennys was our last meal. Had to skip school for the youngest because he was so sick. It was empty in there...I assume that it would be hard to keep fresh food and supplies with so little people coming in. Who knows what the back room looked like to make us both so sick. Service was a 5. We were immediately seated. The waitress was attentive. At 11pm the restaurant was empty but my friend's order came out right away when other restaurants would be dragging due to it being at wee hours of the night. Ambiance was a 4, the restaurant seems to be clean. My friend ordered eggs, bacon, hash browns and crepes topped with fresh strawberries. Food was good. Service was terrible. We stood at the front waiting to be seated 15 min while servers talked. No one in there except at 2 booths on 1 side,3 on the other. Seated us and took the drink order,place still very empty, 20 min. That's when they took the food order. 30 min for the food. Another 30 min, no offer of refills. Finally brought the rest of our order. We finished eating, waited min for the check. Still just a handful of people in the whole place. I don't know what they do if they get busy. I ordered the Super Slam to go, which is hash browns, 2 pancakes, 2 sausage links , 2 strips of bacon and 2 eggs. When I got home, the bacon was missing and the hash browns were very undercooked. The top pancake was also undercooked and overcooked on the other side and tasted burnt. The other pancake was normal. The sausage link was fine as well as the eggs, hence the 2 stars .It was very disappointing. I have better at this location, don't know what has happened. read more

We arrived for dinner around 7:30. The waitress came over and said, "Are you ready to order?" with no other greeting. Her tone and facial expression suggested no real interest in customers...just getting the order. We said, "Well..." and she walked away before we could finish our statement. She eventually came back and took our order, without writing anything down. The order we received was not what we ordered, but before we could discover that (it was an omelette), my husband asked, "Does this come with toast." She walked away and stated, "I've been preoccupied." Nothing else, just, "I've been preoccupied." When she emerged again, my husband told her the order was wrong, so she picked up the plate and took it to the kitchen without a word. After a few minutes, she brought the toast, but no omelette. Several minutes later, after my husband had finished the toast, she brought the omelette, set it on the table without a word, and walked away. He opened the omelette and discovered it was wrong again, so he got up and said, "It's still wrong." He asked for a box for my food and we left. The waitress was waiting at the cash register. She had never expressed any interest as to whether the second order was correct or anything else. We expressed dissatisfaction at the cash register and she said, "Well, I'm dealing with an incompetent cook who's drunk in the back." We expressed condolences about that, but told her she could have represented Denny's better with any amount of customer service at all. We will not be going back to this Denny's ever! read more

My mom and I decided to visit Dennys today because I had a free everyday value slam for a birthday reward. It wasn't crowded when we went inside and we were seated immediately. The everyday value me as l was just enough. The eggs were yummy and the French toast was really nice. The waitress even surprised me with some ice cream for my birthday. Do not eat here. We should have known to turn around when we came in at noon and the place was completely empty. Service was so slow, one of the meals came out at least 20 min after the rest of the table. The food was practically inedible. Everything must have been cooked on a dirty griddle Because it was all coated in burned charred bits. Pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and the crepes were burned and tasted terrible. Our food took a little long due to them having only one cook. But Shemaya kept checking in on us to make sure we were good and to keep us updated excellent customer service. I arrived at this dennys today at 1030 and my family is just receiving their food at 1130. I am currently sitting here with no food because my order was delivered to me COLD and the cream cheese was dumped on my cinnamon roll pancakes as if the top fell off of the bottle or something. The waitress came an explained that they are short, I totally understand that aspect but that doesn't affect the quality of the food served. It is my grandmother's birthday and she ordered the country fried steak, and after 25 minutes of waiting was told she had to order something else because they were out. Dennys Grand Slam Breakfast for the WIN this snowy rainy cold Sunday morning. Arrived just before my online church service started and before walking the dogs. I was like I was n 3 places at 1 time. I'm super happy. Same great taste on the 9 grain pancakes. Scramble eggs were super tasty. Just a quick 30 sec in the microwave and *WA LA* Breakfast on the table for the family. I was let down for the evening meal. Poor service, my southwestern skillet was served to me warm at best and the egg was cooked hard when I asked for over medium. I'm really not sure how to describe our experience. But to start the reason for my visit today was to have a breakfast out on my birthday with my wife, toddler and infant which doesn't happen often. The server was kind and responsive but following our interaction and ordering our food we were particularly let down. First, we were served the wrong tables food after about 20 minutes of waiting and had to hail the waitress my wife received her side of turkey bacon and eggs and they were taken from the table along with everything and then they served her the same turkey bacon and eggs cold and pancakes that were supposed to have the beetlejuice sprinkles and they only had chocolate chips and were served cold and taken back to the kitchen. My daughter's food had runny eggs when we asked for over easy and not sunny side up. My food on the other hand took 45 minutes from ordering which never actually reached the table we observed other tables receive their food after seating much after us and then when stating we wanted to go boxes the server said she took my meal off the bill. I came to eat breakfast and she believed her taking my meal off and me leaving was fine. We had a discussion with the front counter and the meal was taken off but this was after we expressed our situation and with no manager on site it was a confusion. This location is very convenient for me when I am in town for work. It is in between my preferred hotel and the office. This is by far one of the cleanest restaurants I've seen in the area. The food is perfectly prepared and comes up quickly. The wait staff is always very friendly. I usually try to sit in the same section every time. I do this because the waitress is amazing and so friendly and personable. I believe her name is Azza, but I may not have the spelling correct. This is my first bad review, but here goes. First, if was filthy everywhere. Second, the orange juice was watery; it tasted like flavored water (not to mention it was given to me in a dirty glass and there was something floating in it). Third, the crepe was mediocre at best. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu. The service was friendly and they catered to me very well, and that is why they get two stars, not one.
