We told it was wrong and he debated a little but had his manager fix the bill....we were still charged 13.79 for the meal that had the exact same food as the 5 dollar slam. We walked in for breakfast on 9/25 to find only one waitress and one cook. There were 5 other tables already seated. LISA promptly greeted and seated us. When my spouse asked if she was the only server, she diplomatically explained where the other two were. She was very upbeat, graceful and efficient. Walked in to this establishment wanting a quick bite for our trip in. Place wasn't busy, 4 tables with 3-5 guest each. 2 waitresses working the 4 tables and one cook. Stood at the entrance for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone at all. One of the servers even came to the register and did not make eye contact nor acknowledge our presence 5 feet from her. Idiots. I placed my order online and it says 4:47-4:49 for pickup. When I pick up my order, receipt says order was completed at 4:27 and sat there for 20 minutes and was ice cold when I received it. My wife and I had breakfast, we had the chicke fried steak breakfast and our hash browns were burnt the eggs were very runny and the white gravy was very runny also. We had the worst servers ever at this place! The waitress was so rude to us. I believe she may have a problem with us being white. When I asked for our food that had been sitting in the window for at least 5 minutes I got up and asked her for it at which time she huffed and rolled her eyes. Christmas Day. Food was cold, fries were hard. Salad was 2/3rds stale lettuce. Waitress didn't come back to see if we needed anything else, but then we were almost done. Their front door was falling apart. No greeting and at least say, "we'll be with you shortly." Nothing, people were waiting to be seated and waiting to pay their tab. 3.75 stars. Not bad. When there is nothing else open and you only have two options: Denny's or Dickey's BBQ , Denny's is the place to go for late night eating if you want somethings other than bbq. The salmon was a bit dry. Whole grain rice was ok. Vegetables were decent. The fruit side was ok. Omelette and breakfast sandwich were better. Customer service: Haley was excellent. The one guy forgot to get my drinks as I waited another 5mins; but Haley took care of me. Overall, decent experience. read more

I can honestly say I was not happy nor satisfied at this specific location. It took a good 20 minutes for the waitress to take my order and another 20 minutes for my meal. Overall it was a good 40 minutes and the place wasn't even busy, there were the tables including and I was single. Apparently there was only one waitress working so I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, also possibly a miss communication with the manager and waitress as well. With staying at the La Quinta next door this Denny's is a very convenient choice. This was our second time visiting this Denny's. For dinner last night I ordered to go because we had our dogs with us. Service was short handed but the young man who took our order was efficient and friendly with a smile. BRAVO!. I ordered the Fish, with mashed potatoes & broccoli. The hubs ordered the Country Fried Steak breakfast with a side of pancakes. For dessert we ordered a chocolate shake and 1 strawberry cheesecake. When unpacking the dinner at the hotel, everything was correct and all condiments we needed were in the bag. Our food was still hot and everything was delicious. All COVID rules looked to be in place. The only thing was the front entrance handles on the doors needed cleaning. read more

Used the web/app for order pickup. Very easy, and had discounts available upon signing up for their rewards program. Staff were polite and indoor dine-in was available at this point of Spring 2022. Order was filled promptly and accurately and very appreciative of stopping in. There is an outside banner advertisement noting that hotel guests near to this Denny's receive a 10% off discount between 6am-10am, and it's due to the proximity of the cluster of hotels surrounding this location. read more

WORST Denny's on the planet! Horrible server that ignored us when entering. They had 11 people in the waiting area and ONE table in use... ONE! Denny's has been a travel staple for us since the 60's. We came here about 7:30 on a Saturday night after being on the road for nine hours. We were tired and Denny's was in the same parking lot as our hotel. There were about half a dozen occupied tables. The hostess was friendly and seated us promptly. The waitress, who was also very friendly, took our beverage order within a few minutes and delivered them a few minutes after that. She then took our food order. The pancakes were nice the bacon was extra extra crispy the hash Browns were extra crispy the ham was all right and the potatoes were a little bit greater than I like .
