When questioned they responded there were two men on the truck. I had to pay for both -Tried to replace a "governor" which I had just replaced, Theirs was the wrong type. I caught them in time. . The service man kept insisting his was correct until I showed him the one that was replaced. That was not the problem anyway -Replaced a plug, without telling me, that was new. When I asked for the return of mine, they never responded. - Charged over 450.00 to replace a spring. -Took my credit card in advance so that I could not dispute their charges. They failed to notify me of the charges despite saying they would. I will never use them again

I maintained the pool for more than 20 years on my own including the DE filter cleaning. In addition, a pool store asked me if I would consider working for them because I knew so much about pools. Dennis Galderisi answered the phone and from his the very first words my anxiety came down. Dennis was absolutely great. He clearly knows everything to know about pools and he answered my many questions with tremendous patience. He addressed my cost concerns by suggesting a tailored maintenance approach to how we will use the pool and suggested a number of ways we could do some of the basics and save money. His approach and manner felt sincere and honest. My next step is to get to his store and meet him in person. I am comfortable that I have found a pool professional who I can trust.

It's small though which is why it's really only acceptable for kids who don't mind being on top of each other. But overall, still a dope concept!
